The rooms are large, well equipped and the venue is at a walking distance from public transportation. nice aeea full of bars and restaurant. don’t miss out ENGLISH GARDEN is one of the biggest city park in Europe and it’s only 5 minutes walking. we had a problem with the hotel and the staff was pleased to help and find a compromise. I appreciated the attention to client of the reception staff.

staff at the bar forgot to give us cutlery for breakfast and we had to ask for them twice. Service at the bar was very slow but then a new waitress came and it went better.

Nice, big and modern room in the heart of the buzzing Schwabing district. Many bars and restaurant options around the corner and very close to the English Garden as well as a metro station. They have a parking garage directly behind the hotel which is great if you are arriving by car. Staff was very helpful.

My main issue was that the curtains did not make the room completely dark. There was a lot of light coming in in the morning. There is also no AC in the room although they did offer a portable one that we could use. For us not an issue but can be an issue in summer.

The location was very good, in a nice neighbourhood and yet very quiet. The staff at reception and serving breakfast are super friendly.

There is no breakfast buffet, it is à la carte only. Although the food was lovely, on the second day we had to wait half an hour for the food to arrive. No complimentary bottles of water in the rooms.

The location of the hotel is really good, the bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good, ate here every morning. The staff was really attentive with our son, especially the ones who are around during breakfast. There was a problem with the sink when we arrived but they fixed it really fast, no other issue after that.

It has a window between the bedroom and the toilet. You can put the screen down, but it was up when I came in the room and only noticed when i was on the toilet.

Most helpful and welcoming. Great location with quite a few great dining opportunities within walking distance. Its also just beside the English Garden for a perfect morning run and some head space.

Design and furnishings are a bit too 'Barock Bling' for my personal liking, but the bed is very comfortable and the room I had was huge, spotless and freshly decorated. So I am quite happy to accommodate that difference in taste, the pro hugely overwhelming the only con.

Perfect location for a visit of Munich. The surrounding streets are filled with restaurants and it is only a short walk to the underground station. The room was spacious and clean.

It was a bit difficult to communicate with the staff as it felt they neither spoke German nor English properly. We had some issues with the ‚parking‘ service and no one knew what card actually worked to open the gate. Justus minor annoyance though. Overall a great stay.

I stay here regularly and when I forgot to extend the date for my stay, the staff organised for the room to be kept for me as my possessions were still there. Excellent customer service

The curtains did not really shut out the light from the street
