New and modern hotel, sound insulation between the rooms and outside is very good. Close to tram station. The view over the city from the gym is nice.
When we arrived in the room, the toilet was dirty. We called the reception and they said they will send someone. We went out for dinner and when we came back the toilet was still dirty. We called again and 1 hour later no one came. We had to call 3 times to finally get the toilet cleaned.

The staff was wonderful, the quality of everything - from the beds, linens, pillows and duvets, to the soaps in the bathroom were all very high quality. Internet was excellent, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. This was so important because we were there when temperatures soared into the mid 30s.
I wanted to keep the bottles of water we brought with us cool in our room bar fridge. However, the fridge simply didn't work. So we had to ask them to keep our bottles for us, but they could never find them when we wanted to fill up our refillable bottles.

Tânia Vieira is an excellent person and makes all the difference in the restaurant area. Her smile, willingness to serve, anticipating possible requests, making suggestions were incredible. The best I have experienced in my life, she’s a real asset to the hotel. Please take note, because she is really committed to the hotel and to having the guests have the best possible experience while staying at the Hyperion
A man helping do the housekeeping on the 10th floor had a very strong body odor that was not pleasant. Rooms need to be better made, replace glasses and cups and towels.

Love how the tram was basically right outside the hotel. It was a more quiet area with a few shops in walking distance and the gas station next door for late night snacks. The room service robot was very cool to see! We thought the buffet was a little pricy but we ended up paying almost the same for breakfast somewhere else with less food to eat. Love that it’s pet accommodating as well. Very clean and nice place. I will be recommending this hotel to others looking for a place to stay in Munich.
Only complaint was it could be hard to find a table for breakfast if you went at a time that it was busy. I would just suggest separating the tables into more sets of two seats.

Location is perfect if you want to be close to the centre but not in it , there is a stop just outside the hotel and it takes about 10min to get into Munich centre and there is a big shopping centre just one stop away from the hotel with food / clothes / toiletries . The rooms were very good for the price , rooms were updated and modern lovely big bathroom , we stayed on the 8th floor and had a lovely view . However had problems in various rooms with none of our appliances adapters fitting into the fixtures , we did get changed rooms and the staff where lovely and understanding about this issue. If you are there and only English speaking we found one channel that had little English on. Overall good stay and would recommend.

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the Hyperion - the staff was friendly, breakfast was excellent and extensive and our Panorama room was pretty nice. They had a (paid) garage and a tram station right next to the hotel which was also great. All in all, we highly recommend the hotel for people who don't mind taking the tram to downtown.
Panorama room was good but not as nice was we hoped. Also, we had bad luck with the view as there was a large construction site (which obviously the hotel can't do anything about). The hotel's is quite far away from Munich's downtown but luckily it's next to a tram station so we were in town within 10-15 minutes.

The hotel is not in the city center, but very near to the bus/train stop, so no problem to get there or from the hotel to the city center. It is quite new and fresh, in the room it is clean and comfortable. Our room had good isolation (or we were lucky with other gests - we did not hear anything). Breakfast is quite various and you can find even Prosecco there. A parking place (for extra costs) is available in the hotel, no need to reserve in advance.
If you are not en early bird - you will need to stay in a long queue in the morning to have your breakfast. In the evening it was quite problematic to get a table in the restaurant for the dinner. So, either have some dinner in the city or come quite early to have a place. At least both comments are valid for weekend stay in this hotel. And the last, but not least - in the morning it took some time to get down to the reception / restaurant. There are several elevators, but still not fast enough.

Everything was great!!!
The lady at the entrance of breakfast. I don't know her name but if you check the person in charge during my stay, I believe you will know who I am talking about. She shouted at me for coming a few minutes before breakfast was closed. I felt she was a racist because I watched her behavior with others who were late and it was different. She was very unprofessional. She was also shouting at the other waiters loudly in the restaurant. This is not what customers want to hear while eating. She was very rude.

It was a beautiful room of decent size. The hotel itself is located very close to a tram line that we used to get into the city and back very easily.
Housekeeping was a bit slack, didn't replace body wash until we brought it to their attention that it was empty. Same with tissues. Left dirty spoons we had used to mix our coffees. I thought 20 euro per person per day for breakfast was a bit audacious.

Staff was really friendly and welcoming. We had a king room for two nights during Oktoberfest. It was quite small, so not easy to maneuver around with two people and two dogs. We could hear someone’s phone ringing in the middle of the night in another room nearby. The shower was in need of a deep cleaning, especially in the corners!!! Prices were rather high for two days, but I’m sure that was because of the celebration. Breakfast and parking was not included in the rates. 20 euros for each per day. The tram was just down the road, so we had quick, easy access to the trains headed to and from Oktoberfest (6kilometers away). NOTE: You must still wear masks on public transportation in Munich. Overall the stay was good. It appears to be a business hotel most of the time, but I liked that revelers weren’t bothering us. I would consider staying there again in the future.
