mould in a shower, carpet in our room was all in stains, not pleasant to see.

We stayed for 6 days while visiting Munich for holidays. We are a family of seven (kids, parents and grandparents) and booked three rooms. The hotel staff was really helpful in everything we requested/asked and the rooms were clean & tidy. Important to note, the rooms were exactly as seen at the hotel listing. Breakfast was really good to start your day with lots of variety. The hotel is in a quiet area and close to a bus station that really helped us in commuting in and our of the city (used bus 190 a lot).

Some of the facilities need some maintenance (e.g. the bathrooms had some smell in the morning), we also saw some spider webs here and there. The internet speed is limited to 1 Mbit/s per device which is low. This is not a criticism but an improvement suggestion to the hotel.

The staff, Abdel was very friendly and professional in the bar lounge and Niccolò a very nice person with all the suggestions in the reception. Everyday cleaning, so a very clean room and bathroom; excellent house keeping. We parked outside the hotel in the street which was very secure and we didn't pay for the parking. We took the metro from an almost nearby station (10 minutes walk in a nice area) and all the trains went to Marien Platz. The breakfast was various for each taste and fantastic, really a good point for this hotel. We are very happy with this place and we would surely go back again.

The room was a bit small for a 3 member family.

Breakfast is available from 06:30. A continental breakfast was supplemented with bacon, scrambled eggs, and pancakes. Shower was a very good size. Bus stop is outside the hotel and trains are frequent on the east-west line making it possible to reach the centre in 15-20 minutes despite the distant location of the hotel. Television was positioned in an appropriate position for viewing from the bed.

Smokers congregate outside the entrance, forcing guests to walk through smoke to enter the hotel (and . The potato rosti at breakfast were discontinued during the stay, and an inefficient pancake machine (which lengthened queues) replaced the bain-marie from which they were served earlier in the stay. The room was mostly very clean but the carpet in the room was stained. The room only had one seat with a back and the bathroom could have more than one hanger knob/hook. Bicycles were not available for rental, contrary to the facilities description. Internet speed was relatively slow.

The room was sufficient for a short stay (2 nights) for parents with a child without a lot of luggage. This is basically an economical hotel for active travelers who won't spend much time inside the hotel. The staff is professional and effective. The breakfast is good with excellent baked stuff. Location is nice - it's not a city center, but there're several possibilities to reach it, and the neighborhood is quiet.

The hotel seems abandoned in the middle of the day on weekends, as guests are exploring Munich and there's no one on reception - you need to go to the nearby Holiday Inn.

Location is great if you need to be near the airport. We stayed for one-night, early in the morning we left for our flight to Canada. Hotel is modern,new,our room was bit small - 2 twin beds room,but offered us all the comfort we needed for 1 night stay. It had small but very nice bathroom. Price was only 79 euros for 2 people including breakfast. For that price and the comfort offered,this was definitely great deal There is an S bahn line station Berg am Laim about 10 minutes walk with lines 2,4,6 . The trains comes literally every 3-4 minutes. We traveled one station towards city center to Leuchtenbergring station and changed the train - S bahn to line 8 which will take you directly to the airport. It cost 13 euros,it's zone 5 and it take about 45 minutes to get there. We found this very convenient if you don't have car while traveling. We stayed at Holliday Inn's many times before and it always worked for us well. We were not disappointed this time either . I strongly recommend this hotel for airport travelers

Carpet in the room was bit of dirty,water pressure for shower little low,but that could be because of high efficiency style shower head

The location was very good, it had a Bus stop right at the front, and it was relatively near a S-Bahn station, a U-Bahn station and a Tram stop, all with direct lines to the center. I also loved the neighborhood, it was very calm with beautiful architecture and a lot of available parking spaces.

The receptionist didn't give us useful information at the check-in. Didn't say the direction in which our room was, at what hour the breakfast was available and how to access the wifi. I had to figure it out on the TV, at the room, every service the hotel had available.

It is really amazing hotel. 👏Ilove all of it. The breakfast was exceptional, variety and marvellous bakery. The stuff very friendly and smiling. Free wifi. Bus 190 and 190 just infront of the hotel, you can use it to ostbahnof where you can change to most places, s6 is walkable. Many famos german shop nearby dm, rosemann, rewe, lidle. Recommending this exceptional hotel and very good value of money😍😍

Big, comfortable rooms. Good variety at breakfast (although the same options every single morning). Free parking on the street, in front of the hotel. Storage of luggage available if you have the flight late in the evening.

When checking in, the receptionist tried to make us pay again, even though the stay was already payed. We didn't get any kind of apology from him and the overall behaviour was rude. However, at check-out there was someone else at the front desk - kind and considerate.

Breakfast was good. The rooms looked like on pictures. Value for money indeed. It is definitely for shorter stay, Metro is very close, so it is well connected to the city center.

Staff was helpful and nice, but they could have better command of english language. However we managed with little german I knew, good thing there were no issues. Rooms are quite small, and very basic, so for a short stay, one to two nights I recommend.
