Clean and quiet room. Good breakfast, diversified to cover the whole stay (5 days). Breakfast area was big enough for all guests even in peak times. Very attentive and proactive breakfast staff. Good location with alternatives: whereas S-Bahn trains were often cancelled due to personnel shortages, which of course is no fault of the hotel, then available tram or bus connection instead was a great option. There is a supermarket on the other side of the road - super convenient. My room was overlooking the train station and railroad, but there was no noise. During my stay it was extremely hot and A/C was running efficiently (plus night mode was superb and quiet).

This hotel is a great option if visiting Munich for a few days. It is easy to reach on the S-bahn railway (an S8 from the airport to Leuchtenbergring and then a change to go one stop on the S2, S4 or S6 to Berg am Laim station). The Berg am Laim railway station is just a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. 10 minutes by train takes you into the city centre from the hotel. For those concerned about noise, this is one of the best sound proofed hotels I have ever stayed in. The doors are very sturdy and well sealed. There is a supermarket just across the road. The rooms and showers are excellent. The breakfast is varied with lots of options including hot meals. There is also a gym in the basement which was surprisingly well stocked. We were particularly impressed by the reception welcome when we arrived. It set the scene for a very successful stay. Thank you.

We have enjoyed our stay in this hotel where everything is super! Room: comfortable and extremely clean, inclusive of everything you may need. Breakfast: intercontinental breakfast full of delicious food Service: staff always available, very kind, polite and helpful Position: the hotel position close to the Berg am Laim station allows to reach all the interesting places in few minutes (to reach Marien Platz it takes less than 10 minutes). Car Parking: the hotel has a super comfortable internal car park you may decide to buy for if you cannot find a free space along the street (never had that need during our stay).. Zone: the zone is super safe.

The hotel and room are extremely clean. The room is so quiet. The door and window are made specifically to make the room silent. Breakfast is one of the best I have seen in hotels . The room has iron, coffee, tea, and so on. It could be nice if there were water as well. The room is big enough and price / Service compared: good. Although the hotel is not locatedin the middel of the city the transportationis so easy with the train. It is just 250 m to train station .Staff is helpful. I would like to stay again.

Wonderful staff - helpful and smiling. Great breakfast, nice lobby bar area. 5 minute walk to the S-Bahn. Really comfortable beds, lots of electrical outlets. A few restaurants within walking distance (1/2 mile or less), Aldi's and 2 other stores across the street, bakery about a block away. Maintenance was excellent - very clean hotel.

Room had 2 double beds, so was pretty tight and didn't have much storage space for clothing, etc. Lots of sound echo in lobby/breakfast/bar area, so conversation difficult at times.

Hotel and room were exceptionally clean. Very comfy bed, lovely big shower, towels and toiletries. Breakfast included, a decent selection to start the day off. There's a free safe in the room, always handy. I chose this hotel to be near friends we were visiting, it's a great location for getting anywhere in Munich with trains, buses and trams on the doorstep, plus Aldi and 2 other shops opposite for drinks, snacks etc. The hotel bar is quite reasonable by Munich prices for a couple of drinks after a long day out. The staff were all friendly and helpful, I reported a very small fault to reception and it was fixed immediately.

Underfloor heating in the bathroom made the whole room a little too warm for me, the aircon didn't seem to make much difference and because our room overlooked the train station we couldn't leave the window open at night because it was too noisy. A small fridge would have been nice.

Very clean and comfortable, great location next to public transport (train, tram and bus). Very helpful and polite staff, and excellent breakfast. We were on the 5th floor and it was very peaceful - no noise from outside. The shower was vey large and not cramped at all. We were extremely pleased with our stay at the Hampton by Hilton.

Only negative was the distance between the one side of bed to the wall - it is about 40cm. But the room was very comfortable overall.

I stayed for going to Munich Messe and quite convenient for every aspects. First of all it is located just in front of a S-bahn station, where we can access from the airport with one transwer. To the Messe, we can walk 1km and reach a U-bahn station that directly goes to the Messe, no transfer necessary. There are supermarkets and drug store just in front of the hotel. All in all so convenient. There is a desk for work, simple room but just enough.

A very clean hotel with lovely facilities. Very quiet and in a convenient location to access the city, airports, and nearby parks. The breakfast was plentiful and a lovely range. All staff were very friendly and accommodating, especially when we ended up arriving late due to flight issues

We found that a certain light switch caused a buzzing from the fuse box. We worked out which one it was and made sure this stayed off
