This is a new hotel that is situated right by the City center, near the central train station and near the metro/subway/tram. The location is excellent for people who want to visit Munich. Even though there was some renovation taking place, the hotel was very comfortable, it has a nice design and it has high ceilings not only in the common areas but also in the rooms. The high ceilings give this hotel the feeling of extra comfort, luxury and spaciousness. The room was clean and quite big. Didn't try the breakfast. The biggest value of this hotel is the staff! All staff members are young, energetic, vibrant, extra helpful and with a sense of humor. They made us feel comfortable from the first minute. Offered valuable tourist information, welcoming drinks and coffee to go upon check out. We had more interaction with Sara and Ben who were both fantastic. We felt that our accommodation was a value for money given its location, size of the room, cleanliness etc., yet we hope that due to the renovation the prices will not go up!:) We definitely recommend this hotel to all travellers.

The kettle in the room for hot water could have been either newer or better kept. Staff though was very eager to offer us hot water for tea every night from the cafe area.

The bed was super comfortable. The room and bath were larger than I expected - such a pleasant surprise. The bathroom was spacious and my son enjoyed using the bath tub. There was plenty of space to store all our things, without the room getting cramped. The check in and check out process (both could be done online) was fast and convenient. It was cool that getting into the hotel and the room didn't need a key (just passcodes). The location was very convenient, near transportation hubs, numerous shops and restaurants. Marienplatz is a short walk away.

I regret not asking for more pillows. The room came with only 2. I suppose I could have solved that by asking the concierge for more, but didn't get around to it. Our last night was a Friday night and loud, raucous laughter from the ground floor bar patrons wafted to our 4th floor room until 2 am. It was not super disruptive, but could be an issue for light sleepers. If you are like this, I suggest to ask for a room on a different side of the hotel.

Great location and very good room and bed. Very well cleaned and spacious bathroom.

First minor issue is that the main entrance has no name of the hotel outside on the street making it confusing whether you are at the right place. Just enter at nr. 1 and all will be well. Second, we had some issues with entry into the room. You get a 4 digit access code to get into the room instead of keys and need to enter that code and acknowledge within a short time. Given that the keys on the key pad are small and unlit makes it difficult for people with not perfect eye sight. Once you get the hang of it, it gets easier. Third minor issues is that our shower had no shield, so you'll have to be careful while showering not to turn the bathroom into a swimming pool.

I had the cheap version of the rooms and was really surprised with the size of the big room and the big bathroom. Hotels always tend to have more rooms and then rooms are tiny, here they give space and rooms are really comfortable, Toilet is independent and with a door, I appreciate this, I do not like this saving space configuration of the new hotels where sink is in the middle of the room or at the entrance with no intimacy. A real comfortable with hair dryer bathroom, with natural ventilation (window). The system to access the floors and the rooms is really secure. Staff are friendly and professional. In the center of the city, 5 min to central train station.

location is perfect near every thing (train , bus, taxi) ,attractins and shopping, I like the staff they are so frindly and they help me too much espcially Sara, it is easy to check in , the staff contacted with me before my arrival through what's up application to fulfill thr required information for check in , and it was so easy and fast to checkin.the size of rooms is perfect , the hotel is not too big and it doesn't has lobby even the entrance is small , but the size of the suite is perfect even the facilites.

I Stayed in 2 different location on different dates . when I was in the upper story it was quiet but when I Stayed in the lower was annoying especially in the weekend you can hear the outside voices even the voice of down night club.

It's a fine hotel, not so far from the train station. If you arrive after 23-00 you'll have self-check-in, which is really comfortable. The room is quite nice and even stylish. They have good quality cosmetic products (MALIN + GOETZ) in the bathroom.

The bathroom isn't as clean as it should be. Extremely uncomfortable pillows. Towels are not that new. It's pet-friendly, but you better have a blanket or a mat for your pet, because there is a hard floor without a carpet.

we were able to leave our luggages at the hotel as we arrived very early, and we also had an early check-in, the receptionist is friendly and decent, the room was wide enough to fit a large bed and the baby cot. There is a minibar and hairdryer in the room. The location is great besides all public transportation and walking distance to lot of touristic attractions and restaurants.

The room did not have a kettle, however it is available in the additional supplies room. The supplies room is full of amenities but we discovered it a bit late.

- location! - super friendly staff, really good advices for (vegan) restaurants and breakfast options. One of the guys walked with us to show the quickest entree to the parking garage. - we liked the possibility for whats app contact - spacious room and relatively quiet with a room facing courtyard. - large bed and comfortable sleeping - nice windows which good be all the way opened and blocked the street noises (construction)

Minor detail: Needs some deeper cleaning, spider webs in the corner. - Maybe a tea/ coffee option in the room? - it is a paid parking option with discount though (22 e per day)

The staff are amazing. They are very friendly and incredibly helpful! The room was very comfortable and the bathrooms are large and have bathtubs. We were very happy with our stay.

There is some road noise.

Overall we really enjoyed our stay as the staff were super helpful and friendly which has probably added to the review. Nice large spacious rooms, big comfy beds with large windows you can open right up. We were also lucky to have a nice view out of the windows and they had lovely modern bathrooms.

Had no control of our own air con which is an oversight for a nicer hotel. To only be able to run the whole building on heat or cold is just silly. It was hot through the day and stuffy at night (the rooms are really well insulated) and it took away from our stay that every night we would wake up hot and have to open a window and then put up with the noise. It's not the quietest spot at night either even with windows closed. That being said we would still stay again as overall we enjoyed it.
