A beautiful hotel with well-decorated rooms in a modern and cool young style. The highlight was an abundance of typewriters, including one in my room where any typed letter could be mailed off. The hotel also provided rental bicycles, perfect for exploring. The offer complimentary helmets if you want to use an e-scooter, like Lime. The popular bar and restaurant attracted a trendy crowd, and other guests are happy to mingle. The hotel's charm and vibrant atmosphere make it an appealing choice for artsy and trendy individuals.

The barely helpful and standoffish staff was annoying. In the end, services were added to my final bill that I had not used.

Disappointed no prior communication on Legionella outbreak. Not ok to drop it on guests at checkin. Not ok to have no compensation. Not ok to offer cancellation and find somewhere else which anyone can understand is a not easy / disappointing for someone who is far away from home. The proximity to the station makes it quite a loud car ridden location. A few steers on its back to normal and a very nice location again. When station reconstruction is done it will be nicer.

Excellent location just a short walk from major attractions. The main station is literally across the road giivng you connections to across Bavaria which was very handy as we took trips to both Salzburg and Fussen. Look out for the Bavarian Ticket on the trains it more than halved in value our trips. Breakfast was excellent, and the Boilerman Bar serves excellent cocktails too. Due to delays we actually stayed in the medium, large and extra large rooms and stayed a total of 8 nights! This is the third 25 Hours I have stayed in and all are quirky, modern and fun

Located in the center of Munich next to the train station and within walking distance to botanical gardens and other touristy attractions. Easy check in. Has good selection of food for room service. Decor is unique and vibrant

As other reviews have mentioned, very limited space. We were only staying one night and just brought our carry-on bags. Entrance to hotel is just off a main street with no good place to put our car rental. Ended up parking in a nearby recommended garage for 30 Euro a night

fun decor and perfect location across the street from the main train. popular bar located within the hotel and nice restaurant/coffee shop. the Sauna was an amazing perk!! how nice! comfortable decor but had a slight glitch with check in but they were able to assist well.

found the room too dimly lit to work remotely (just FYI for business travelers with Zoom calls) and the construction noise outside my room started at 7:30 am prompt. while this is not the hotels responsibility it is unfortunate bc the drilling shook the room so earplugs did not really help. good news is that this is temporary & perhaps floors above 2 have a better soundproof situation

Super close to the central station, short, easy walk into the centre, excellent style and detail, high end finish to the rooms, friendly staff, sauna with a view. Quiet. We were also given a free room upgrade without asking, very grateful for that. Bathroom / shower was great. Some free items in the fridge.

Sauna was too hot, even at the lower level. Light switches were too many in number & confusing. Light was a bit too dim in the room. No ink in the typewriters, which is advertised as something to interact with. Twin beds attached rather than double. No tea and coffee in room.

Very comfortable bed, friendly staff, excellent food in the restaurant, idiosyncratic styling (loved the life decoration!). Free mini-bar a nice touch too

If I'm being picky it would have been nice to have a room service offering, and/or a nespresso machine in the room. The shower was also a little hit and miss - spray shot off to the side and shower head fell off during showers if power on strong.

lose to the main station. very kind staff. unfortunately no bicycle storage avail but staff was very friendly and offered to store my bike at another location so i hadn‘t to worry about to lick it up somewhere unsafe. room was equipped with all needed amenities, good mattress. nemi restaurant was very tasty. breakfast options were great.

This was a cool, quirky hotel right in the middle of Munich, and also very close to the main central train station. There were some cool additions to the room like a satchel bag and Bluetooth speaker for use during our stay, and a great sauna area.

There were just a couple of standard things missing from the room like water glasses and a kettle, but this was not a big issue. The gym is also pretty average.

We loved this funky hotel! The decor was gorgeous and so many thoughtful little extras to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable- not to mention the free minibar which seemed too good to be true!!! We made use of the Extra hanging space and LOVED the choice of door hangers! Great lifts and lovely sauna!! Wish we could have stayed longer!!! Great location right in front of the HBF!!
