Excellent location, next to main station and a few minutes walk to the main centre. Spacious room with lots of seating options. Despite overlooking the central station, you couldn’t hear the trains at all.

We stayed in the junior suite which was lovely. However the lighting options were minimal, for instance you couldn’t really zone the main lighting to get the beautiful teal LED lighting only. At the foot of the bed nestles a tv framed into a unit. The back of that unit could have a mirror so you could sit to do your make up at as the mirror placed above the desk is too awkward to get to. Not a fan of the universal washing liquid - supposed to use this on hair body and face. No conditioner either. One robe for 2 guests. For the price of the room it’s the little touches that were missing to elevate it to a ‘suite’ experience. Despite these, would recommend for short stays.

It is walking distance from the bus station and train station. It is also in the city center to walk to the tourist attraction.

The only thing that I am curious is that this hotel is not providing a kettle. I cannot boil hot water inside the room. I told the front office but the staff said that no kettle is provided in the room. Is this a practice? I stayed in other hotel in Mannheim and provided a kettle inside the room that I can boil hot water. Other than this, the property is perfect.

It was clean, the big double bed was comfy (the two singles ones in the room I switched were not!) & the best thing about my stay was that I was able to sleep really well. It was quiet & comfy enough. Every interaction with their staff was great (and I had a few) - they were very polite and customer-centric. I had to switch rooms and they did everything for me to feel good. The location was spot on - you go out of the subway, a few steps and you are in the hotel. The airport is in 16 minutes distance with the train & the central railway station is just at the back of the hotel. Everything (almost) you could want to do as a tourist was on 10-15 minutes walk, which I loved the most about the hotel's location.

If I have to be nit-picky: the only way you can close the door of the room is if you basically almost slam it. So you could clearly hear when someone near you gets in/out of their room (as well when you do too), which can create a unnecessary noise, which indeed could wake you up if you are light sleeper. As a 4 star hotel, they could ensure every guest has a disposable slippers, which I think is must to have. The AC is hard to navigate, as even on 24-25 degrees, I could feel a cold air coming in.

I liked the staff and their open hospitality. It was easy to find the hotel and had a great starting point to venture into the city. The highlight on the bar was Jovan and he is a treasure to keep. Anastasia was a wonderful host also at the bar. And Emmanuel Anthony was a great sport in letting us know how the hotel works.

The question of a credit card on check in was not mentioned in booking.com or asked to put in the details. We didn't have a credit card and had to give 50€ in advance for room service or breakfast which we would get back if unused. We didn't see the purpose of this due to the Check out which everything would be stated in the end and it would have been paid anyway. But we do think you have your reasons

Stayed just for a short sleep when arriving from the airport in order to catch the train in the morning. By all means it's a solid accommodation with a touch of quality. Railway station is next door, very sensible place to stay for continuing somewhere else with a train. Old town is also nearby. Solid choice by all means.

We had to figure out how to get inside, as the automatic door in the front didn't open at the midnight. Eventually we got in after i waved at the receptionist through the window. Breakfasts were over 20 EUR, skipped on that. You can do better basically everywhere around.

The room was much nicer than expected, the beds were very soft. Bathroom was amazing, included a walk-in shower with a built in bench and a bathtub, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Staff was extremely kind, the receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and gave us all the necessary information. Perfect location for exploring the old city centre, and there s a tram stop just across the road, which we used to visit the ZOO. Complimentary drinks were provided in the room.

Very expensive laundry service, I expect it's dry cleaning, would've loved the option of a low budget option for larger loads. We arrived in the hotel after a festival and relied on the possibility of washing our clothes at the hotel, but decided on a laundromat instead due to higher cost. There was a TV in the room, but not a lot of non-German programmes were available, just news.

The property matched our expectations in every way. The rooms are clean, great shower and even infra-red light in the bathroom. We loved the complementary coffee in the room. The staff are super-friendly and helpful. Right across the street from the Old Town, close to a lot of great places to see. Online check in to the hotel turned out quite comfortable, and check out at noon was exactly what we were looking for - we don't like waking up early.

Although it appeared to be safe, the neighboring railway station is very busy. Luckily the windows of the hotel were thick and soundproof - we didn't hear the trains at all, and they look cool. Breakfast prices were too much for us, but there are a few nice bakeries nearby.

It was near the old city and the tram stop. It was a 5 min walk to get to the old city walls so it was nice. Exactly what I wanted. Breakfast was good, I really liked their bean soup.

It was hard to find, maybe have a bigger sign in front of the building not the side?!? Took us 30 mins just to find the hotel because it kept telling us to go to the Bahnhof but there were no signs saying the hotel (except when you are actually inside the garage) but outside doesn’t tell you that you’re in the right place.

The location is perfect, close to the main train station, in a new beautiful building. The rooms are spacious and beautifully furnished.

At the moment of the booking, we were promised parking, it being one of the reasons we chose this particular hotel. We even received a message on how to access the parking lot. At the barrier, we called the hotel and we were simply told that the barrier cannot be opened, because the parking lot is full. The receptionist basically told us to figure it out. We ended up walking with our luggage in the rain. Fairly indifferent and unkind personnel at both check-in and check-out.
