The room was spacious, nicely furnished, and very clean. The hotel's location is fantastic - it's located in a nice neighborhood, right next to a park and a river where we walked with our dog. It's situated very close to the city centre, as it takes 10 to 15 mins by foot to reach thr main market square. 2 minutes by foot to a metro station. We were also lucky to find free parking on the street. The breakfast was very good. The pillows were a bit soft so the staff gave us a better replacement. We received a nice treat for our dog :)

The room got very cold at night because the heating didn't work and even though we reported this to the staff, the problem didn't get fixed. Also, our room was next to a construction site (north side of the hotel), and sometimes it was s bit noisy, although the window insulation was pretty good.

Great location about a ten minute walk from the Altstadt. Beautiful old building with spacious rooms and original features. God breakfast choices. There was a fan in the room which was useful as it was so warm during our visit.

My personal bugbear - small bathroom towels. Also, we had paid extra for parking but staff seemed reluctant to let us leave the car for a couple of hours after checking out. We were leaving well before the next guests would be able to check in so didn’t see why this would be a problem, especially since they did not have a secure area to store luggage so we preferred to leave that in the car in the hotel parking space rather than a public car park which might not be so secure.

What a lovely place. Friendly staff, helpful and cheerful. Parking on the street but we found space. Be careful not to park in wrong side of hotel or you will be charged. Space to park the car to unload and check in, then reception will tell you which side to go. Bright lobby. Various leaflets and mad available. Room 41: Lift to 4th floor. Large, spacious with opening windows. Good size bathroom. Hairdryer and tea/coffee facilities but not milk. Well stocked minibar with sensible prices. More available at lobby if needed. Towels and slippers provided along with shower gel. Good shower. Lovely view over the tree lined river and birds singing. Reception gave us recommendations for good and drinks in the city with a map which was very useful. Breakfast was in a large room off the lobby. Best spread we had on our whole trip. Homemade cakes, jams, etc., cereals, cheese, meats, etc. Lots of teas and coffee available. Could order fried eggs or omelette which looked good from others, but we didn’t. Pay for minibar on checkout; you just tell them what you had. Definitely recommend.

The bedsheets were “noisy” but that’s just being very picky. They were comfortable and clean whilst obviously good quality. We happened to pick a date when there was some kind of religious march going on in the town, so it was absolutely heaving. The reception did not tell us about this when offering recommendations to us for the evening.

The breakfast was excellent with many delicious options. No matter what my question was, the staff politely provided very helpful information, including tips like how to get under the busy street nearby by using the U-Bahn station tunnel. We really enjoyed the location: just outside the main wall, so it was quiet, but close enough to be in the old city in a couple minutes.

The parking garage we used was a little further away. In the beautiful weather we had, the walk was no problem, but in bad weather it would have been a challenge.

The location was excellent for a visit to the Christmas Market. The red carpet at the entrance gives it a classy touch. The room was big (we were traveling with our 5 year old and had an extra bed). The bathroom with bath tube and shower was big, new and well climatized. Breakfast buffet was great with many good quality options. We couldn’t get a late check out because we didn’t request it in advance, but the personal was really nice and let us stay in a room with a sofa and a TV for an hour.

The parking situation. From the description in booking it seems like there is parking included, however, the reality is that there are only 3 parking spots from the hotel that are always occupied and you have to park on the street and either pay or move your car early in the morning.

Very good location, it is near to the old town (10-15Minutes by foot). Very good breakfast with a lot of variety. The rooms are big, as well as the bathroom. The staff is nice and very helpful and the hotel is very clean.

Small parking lot, it was difficult to find a parking spot. There are a lot of parking spots but just in front of the hotel are free for the guests. Otherwise you have to find one and pay, which wouldn’t be a problem if you shouldn’t pay for it every 2 hours.

Good room for the three of us and our two mid-sized dogs. Quiet at night and good breakfast buffet. We were lucky to get a parking spot on the same street. Very helpful staff, even as we didn’t arrive until around 20:30 (the reception close at 21:00). A good hotel very centrally located that we will return to the next time we’re in Nürnberg. Recommended!

A little too fluffy pillows for my taste, so, no real complaints. :-)

We could not be more pleased with a hotel! It is tucked away in a quiet neighborhood, but just a quick walk to old town and the sites. The rooms are absolutely gorgeous, and very large! We had 2 sitting chairs and a desk chair. The bathroom was extremely modern and offered a shower and large, oversized tub, as well as 2 sinks. The attention to detail was impressive, right down to extra glasses and ammenity kits for our teenager. (This was actually the only hotel in our 2-week trip that had towels in the room for our 3rd traveler even though it was denoted on the reservations!) The breakfast spread that was included was amazing. Eggs, cooked to order if desired, jams, honeys, housemade cake, cold cuts and cheeses, housemade cream cheese spread, housemade muesli, juices, yogurts, a variety of breads. We were actually shocked at the immense offering, and even more impressed that it was included in our stay! All of the staff was incredibly kind and customer service was top knotch!

Absolutely nothing, aside from the fact that we only booked for 2 nights. I could have happily stayed longer--it was a wonderful stay and I'd highly recommend!

Fantastic location to go anywhere in the city.0Perfect soundproof so we really enjoyed our sleep. Very clean and the breakfast buffet was small but had all you needed and changed frequently. I loved the friendliness of the staff and their cappuccino.

I would just prefer to be able to choose a harder pillow, but that was hardly a problem.
