The location to the market and the underground parking were convenient.

The access to the hotel because of the market was interrupted making our ability to get to the hotel using a navigation system extremely difficult. When we arrived having expressed how difficult it was to access the hotel, the staff was efficient in checking us in. It’s hard to explain but there was nothing extra. It was a very transactional experience while our other stays were welcoming, helpful, suggested places to eat and offered to help us with our bags. The staff didn’t share any information about the breakfast or lounge with us and we were a bit disoriented/disconnected. We felt like guests in the other hotels- I felt unappreciated here.

I visited for Rock im Park and I was happy with the Hotel location as well as short walks to other areas of interest. The Hotel check in process is easy and straight forward, the rooms plenty of room and for me, looking out to the street had a nice view. The bar is open late and for me i did not have breakfast included however i could see there was free coffee for all guests in the morning, i do not drink it but i think a nice touch.

I do not have much to say with this however, if i could pick on one thing it would be the bar area could be open a little later but I would not say, i didn't like it, i just would have liked it more late.

The woman at the front desk upon arrival was exceptional. She was the same person the next morning when we checked out. Very personable and accommodating. The location was absolutely perfect. Right on the market square and within walking distance of everything you want to see inside the wall. The bus stop #36 was just outside the front door which we took to the Documentation Center (15 minute ride). Plenty of dining choices very close. We loved our 1-night stay.

Just a suggestion .... include the breakfast with the room price. It is not a big deal, as we paid the 15 euros, but it just feels good to know "it's included."

In middle of town with lots of possibilties, very clean room, excellent bed, airco and shower and staff was very friendly, breakfast facilities were great! Parking garage under hotel was a bit narrow, but easy to access.

Not liking is a big word, but the narrow parking space could have been an issue if you don't have enough driving skills, for me it worked out just fine. This is the only "issue" that I was able to find.

Location is phenomenal, right on the main square, in the heart of the Christmas markets, a nice haven to escape to occasionally! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Our room was lovely and cosy, up in the eaves - it's 'compact and bijou' not a lot of spare space, but enough for our few days when we weren't in it very much. Lovely big bathroom. We didn't eat in the hotel, but there's a really nice lounge area for drinks and friendly bar in the reception area.

Husband wasn't happy with the continental pillows! We did get two extra ones though, which was no trouble. No tea or coffee facilities in the rooms, although available in the lounge. We'd read about this before we went and were able to ask for a kettle and mugs at reception when we checked in (again no trouble at all) and took our own coffee so we could have a mug while we're waking up.

Nice modern room, with a large bathroom and a comfortable bed. Located right in the middle of town and within walking distance of all the major attractions. Very reasonably priced for the location. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for an affordable hotel in Nuremberg.

Internet could have been better, found myself using my hotspot on my phone instead of wifi even though the router was right outside of my room. That being said I didnt spend much time in my room so it wasn't a huge deal.

The location is recommendable for tourist like us. Surrounded by fantastic restaurants and very near the Church of our Lady!!!!Just missed the Christmas market just at the back of the Hotel. TAXI stand is at back of the Hotel. Highly recommendable because the location is really nice.

The pillows were too soft and too small. The comforter is a little bit small for 2 persons in a double bed.

Location was superb for the Christmas market and many other things to do in the city. Staff were nice and courteous. Rooms were well appointed with toiletries. TV even had a few English channels, mostly news. Room size was adequate though a bit tight. Cool to be able to raise and lower the blinds automatically with the push of a button.

Water pressure was a bit on the lower side but still manageable. WiFi was inconsistent. It kept disconnecting and then reconnecting. Apart from those small issues a great place to stay!

Location was difficult to get to for a rental car because of the pedestrian zone. All people should be told to schedule GPS in car for Hallertor, BEFORE the parking garage nearby or under the hotel. Breakfast was clean with good choices and unrushed atmosphere. The room was clean and the shower facilities nice. Air conditioning was a bonus, since it was very hot and humid during our stay. The location was great for strolls to the city sights.

Smokers outside the main entrance area. Put the outside seats further away from the door for the smokers and drinkers.

Great location in the heart of old town Nürnberg. We were literally right next door to Christmas Markets, restaurants, shops, historical sites, etc. Only a 5 minute walk to the Castle - very worth seeing. Hotel had large rooms with everything expected in a good hotel. Very nice: room/bathroom layouts were bigger than usual for a down-town German hotel.
