Great location, rooms, breakfast, and all of the women staff members were excellent and friendly and kind.

The one male host was extremely rude. My son spilled water on the dining room table when we were eating and he yelled about cleaning it up. We asked for dessert and he didn’t give us a menu (just old cheese cake). I said I didn’t care for any and asked for other options. He said there were no other desserts. Then after that he served the local guests next to us ice cream. When we made arrangements for breakfast (that closes at 10), we wanted a 9:30 am reservation and he said it was too late and would have to be 9 am.

the property was at the Rijn in the middle of the market place of the village. I asked for two beds and they gave us a double bed and a double sofa bed. at breakfast they baked eggs. t

nothing not to like about it, other than that we have to come back to try the restaurant since it was closed the day we arrived. they have js good alternatives though

Historic building with loads of charm right in the centre of beautiful Oberwesel. Our room had a terrace looking over the river, which was fabulous. The staff were friendly and the wifi worked really well. Dinner and breakfast were great. The trains were frequent but we really couldn't hear them in our room. Free sparkling water and late checkout were very much appreciated.

A mini fridge and electric kettle would have been helpful.

Good wine, you can take a bottle up in the room, very friendly and helpful stuff, one of us had a birthday and they even made a nice decorated piece of cake. The rest of the village doesnt have much to offer cake wise.

Due to corona we had to have fixed breakfast times and sort of know in advance what we would like to eat next day which was kind of stressful for a short vacation, but on the last day we didn't follow the rules and still got the breakfast.

This was an amazing little find. Praveen at the front desk could not have been nicer. He assisted in taking our luggage up and made sure everything was perfect. He also was a great at the charming morning breakfast. The hotel location is great and the view was awesome. Room was very big as we had three staying in the room. The space was very nice and tha bathroom was huge for Germany.

Large room with superb excellent beds. Nice terrace with wonderful sightseeing on the Rhine. Friendly staff and excellent food (thaï) at the restaurant. Local wine highly recommended: the proposed red one was really exceptional for a perfect price. The price of our rooms was really affordable and one of the best value/price ever encountered in all our travels ! We really recommend this hotel, firstly directly to our friends and trough booking to all travelers !

Just a minor inconvenience:; due to a breakdown of the payment terminal link (out of control of the hotel staff), it was necessary to pay cash the stay. But really worth the value !

The hotel was like a home away from home. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Breakfast was good with eggs to order. The hotel restaurant was very good and they have a great collection of wines. Though the train line was not far away from the hotel, there was absolutely no sound inside the rooms. The hotel staff were very helpful.

Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Convenient location in town with an easy walk to river cruise dock and train station. Small charge for parking but well worth it. Very good food in restaurant.

Train tracks nearby but the noise was minimal.
