Our "Luft/Air" apartment was located just in the heart of the historic centre, on the 2nd floor of a beautiful small medieval hotel (although there is no lift due to the age of the building, it's not much hard to get the luggage upstairs, the stairs are wide and safe). Car parking right next to the hotel was great. The reception is held in the neighbour Rinaldi café, with a very sympathetic and supporting bartender. The apartment is absolutely stunning, modern, in style, nicely equipped with coffee/tea/juice/mineral water, and with very comfortable beds. We were really satisfied there, can fully recommend!

Very beautiful, cozy, authentic room located in a beautiful location. It was very clean and comfortable.

Mr. Rinaldi was very unfriendly and even rude. This spoiled the impression a little. Also in the evening there was no hot water in the shower. The heaters stopped working at night, so we were very cold at night, and our child got sick. Having paid decent money for a luxury room, you expect a certain level of service, as well as a good attitude.

Wonderful location. Loved the spacious suite and the feeling of being a “local”! Caffe Rinaldi next door was convenient for a delicious breakfast (or other meal). Spotlessly clean. Nespresso machine and tea kettle with selection of teas. Also juice provided was a nice touch for cold mornings. Perfect location in a quieter area just steps from the Christmas market and historical sites. Check in easy and quick. Felt very secure in a nice area for walking after dark. Easy stroll from train station (< 10 minutes). Highly recommend!

This was NOT an issue for us, but being in the Fire Suite on the 3rd floor meant 51 steps to our suite. It helped us justify all the yummy pastries! Also, for taller guests, the overhead clearance was a bit short for 6’4” man in some areas. But again, this did not cause any problems to our delightful stay.

Great location once you obtain the green sticker for the restricted area. Cathedral is right next door, also great restaurant right opposite the street. the building is beautiful, historic. Very confortable beds, nicely designed interior. We loved it!

The location of the Umwelzone was not clear to us. however -with the help of the host- we managed to get the green sticker in no time from TÜV

The Suite is spacious for us three. my boy was happy with the bed and lighting. I love the decorations, they have internet radio, coffee machine, kettle, some water and juices included. the location is perfect, we parked at the parking area just in front of the hotel, only it’s difficult if it’s weekend or public holiday. so convenient, restaurants are close by. We‘ll plan to come back again soon.

Perfect location in the middle of Regensburg with parking spaces for unloading/short stay right in front of the door. Free juices, coffee maker and water were a really nice added touch.

The historic house/room had some smaller doors where tall people need to watch their head (twice on the way to the bathroom).

We were lucky to book this hotel, centrally located, easy checkin (collect keys at the next door cafe), the apartment was big and better than on photos. Free water and juice, nicely decorated. As we stayed during the weekend we took advantage of free parking right in front of hotel. Definitely would stay again.

Breakfast was not included in the price but the lower floor of the hotel was a restaurant managed by the owners of the hotel, which we used and was really affordable. A Choo Choo Train which takes people on a City Tour departed about 100mt away. A couple of blocks away, (300mt - 400mt away) we boarded a river cruise boat on the Danube. This hotel is very good value for money in every sense of the sentence.

It could do with a lift for the elderly people, even though we only had two stories to climb. We hated the departure time, and hated the fact that we only stayed for one night.

Unbeatable location! Easy access to everything in old town. Nearby cafes have Great food! Room is very spacious.

Due to age of the building the inside door heights are quite low. I bumped my head pretty hard several times. Guests walking around in the room above us sounded like buffaloes.

A very pleasant hotel in central location. The room was very quirky with an additional double bed in a small alcove off from the main bedroom. This was prefect for our teenage son. Minutes away on foot from the main church and the huge choice of bars and restaurants that Regensburg has to offer.

Low ceilings in the bedroom so watch your head!
