Check-in possible until 22:00. The room was clean and had a good shower. Good choice of breakfast, including a baked, scrambled or cooked egg which they make especially for you. Staff in breakfast room was friendly.

Upon arrival, I was clearly told that I only got the room for a very good price via Booking.com because of a mistake in the system, which didn’t feel like a warm welcome. I had room 8, which is at the top floor without an elevator (and you also have to take stairs to enter the hotel). This didn’t bother me, but the hotel may not be suitable for people who have difficulty taking stairs or when you have heavy luggage. Free parking is available in the street next to the hotel, so there is no secured parking.

The hotel was very nice! Located in a quiet location and with enough free parking space around the building. We arrived late in the evening and they arranged a late check in for us. The room was very luxurious, spacious and very clean. The hotel room was a bit warm, but there were enough windows to open and a fan to use. The complimentary candy on the pillow was very nice touch. Breakfast was included and they served a great amount of options. I can't eat lactose or gluten, so they arranged glutenfree bread for me and offered me plantbased milks, which was very appreciated. Very warm staff at the breakfast buffet and check out. Very great value for money. Will definitely recommend and come back some time here!

Breakfast was very satisfying. The hotel stuff were helpfull and nice people. The neighborhood was very silent and safe.

There was a group of disrespectful guests, they chatted loudly till 2 am in the garden, i couldn't sleep well due to the noise. The hotel management should find a way to control such problems

I loved the modernity and cleanliness of this location. Arriving after hours is possible and we were able to get our key. I loved the modern bathroom and shower, these were a huge plus. The breakfast was plentiful.

There could have been more variety in the breakfast options, but as a traveller I felt that I was satisfied. Would definitely have had to vary and have breakfast elsewhere on another day if we had stayed here for more time.

Super friendly staff, fixed my booking mess-up with a smile. 10 minute walk from small shopping centre/restaurants. Room was cozy and comfortable. Great shower. Breakfast was exactly what we needed - 1 night stay. Would stay again.

easy parking, great help at Reception to ensure we could enjoy local traditional Rheinland 'Krug' nearby (danke Liane), room was just right for couple and small dog, breakfast was excellent - plenty of good coffee.

Truly great staff. Very kind and friendly. The check-in worked well, the checkout as well and the breakfast was very nice as well. The room was small but comfortable (Single bed room).

The mattress was not my favourite and the pillow neither.

Stuff was very welcoming as I felt at home, and they did their best to complete any requests. The hotel and room were very clean and well organized. The breakfast was just great with fresh local food and varieties. Yes nice experience and love to comeback again

This is a lovely hotel in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was newly refurbished, clean, warm, and comfortable. Although there is no restaurant there are good places to eat within walking distance nearby. Staff were very welcoming, helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection was rather limited.

Everything is super new and sparkling clean.

Wi-Fi could be better, it works for texting and emailing, but not more.
