I knew the hotel, location is excellent . We were accommodated in the boarding house or annex , which was known to us. The rooms are new , high standard equipped.

not known to us prior to booking was that room cleaning comes at an extra charge , too few towels for winter month if no room cleaning is booked prior, tea and coffee making facilities are of high quality but no tea , coffee, sugar satchets are provided .I would expect it in a 4 star hotel and it cannot be excused with the “ Covid excuse”. Parking comes at an extra fee which I would also expect to be covered in a 4 star hotel, considering that the park house is not fully booked.

The room has all the necessary amenities, we really only slept, we arrived at 9 pm and left at 9 am the next day. Staff was friendly, bed comfortable, our rest was pleasant. Our room was in the building across the street, Annex I think it's called.

As soon as I made the reservation I received this message, I will gladly share it with you as I think it is important to know before booking: "We would like to inform you that the following room categories are in our new boarding house opposite, but as always check-in takes place at our reception: budget single room, double room, apartment, deluxe apartment and superior apartment There are no services for these rooms such as: water/coffee, room service, minibar and no air conditioning! If you wish to have your room cleaned, we charge a surcharge of EUR 30.00."

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. We booked the apartment which was across the road from the hotel. Even though there was no air con, the room still felt cool when it was 30+ degrees outside. The kitchenette was well equipped. The staff at reception and restaurant were very nice and accommodating with our requests. We had breakfast the restaurant which had a good selection of breads, pastries, cereals, fruits and yoghurts. We would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The restaurant didn't stock any black tea and boiled water was not filled up at the buffet station during breakfast which meant were having tea back in our room after breakfast. Although coffee was hot and provided at the table in advance, unfortunately we are morning tea drinkers so perhaps this could be added to their buffet selection for future tea loving guests! : )

beautifully redecorated hotel. Common areas look very nice. Wonderful breakfast with very kind lady serving us and making our eggs to our wishes. Excellent parking underground with elevator directly to the sleeping floors so very little carrying around with bags. With used the place as a one night sleepover towards our holidays.

hotel was refurbished, but seems the air conditioning system was forgotten. Noisy system in my room (102) and the system cannot be turned off. First had room 128 where the noise was even worse. Secondly, the shower needs to be fixed and tightened, now it can't be adjusted so that the water falls on your head (in Dutch: douchekop is slap)

Nice Hotel ideally situated in the town. People at desk are very nice and efficient . Very good level of performance

Breakfast organisation and staff is confusing. Cooking and variety of food is at the expected level. On the other hand I noticed numerous staff ( 4 people at least in the room) and I was expecting a higher level of Service. I mean : - People to smile - a minimum of attention and staff availability : I prefer to look myself for additional cafe than to await 5 mn to grab staff attention Same thing regarding my colleague that looked for .... a spoon... and had to search it by its own after 5 mn awaiting for a waiter.

Rooms are spacious and well equipped. The hotel is located in a very nice place close to the city center. A big public parking space is located just nearby, and if you stay only for overnight it would cost you just a couple of euros instead of high parking rates at the hotel's underground parking. Many good restaurants are in a close walking distance.

WiFi in my room had very poor signal and therefore was often disconnecting from my devices. Bed and pillows could be a bit more comfy. The rest was fully ok.

Nice room, very clean and practical. Breakfast was good and the lady extremely welcoming. Nicely located for my needs.

My room was located on the first floor above the restaurant, so there was a little more noise than usual on Saturday night. On previous trips I was located on higher floors where the outside noise is less perceptible.

it’s deceive if you book it via booking.com they gave me the rooms in a totally different building which they call it the boarding house. it has nothing there not even a phone to call the receptionist

Location was convenient. Breakfast was great. The bedroom was a good size with good quality and comfortable furniture.

For the last 2 days of my visit there was no shower gel in my bathroom. The gym in the hotel was tiny. There was no instructions how to use the sauna.

Main building as well as second facility across the road are very modern with excellent facilities.

WiFi did not work in annex-building (separate building across the road) and no fridge in room.(rooms felt newly equipped and adapted into the hotel as extended capacity recently)
