modern clean rooms

I messaged them the day before arriving to ask if I had to check in at the petrol station.I received no reply.On the day of arrival I rang them to say I would be arriving at 9pm.The lady said she would make a note of this and pass it on so I assumed there would be somebody at reception.On arrival we were met by a notice on the door to check in at the petrol station!Why they do not tell people is beyond me as it is not a problem if you know!As it was we had to walk down the hill and back up again.We are 70 years old for gods sake!

I was in town to visit family and friends and needed a central location for a few days. Serways had the best deal for a hotel and it turned out to be an excellent pick: Rooms are modern and the location is very convenient with access to the A3 motorway. I asked for a quiet room facing towards the city and the staff delivered and I had an excellent sleep there during my time. Will come back next time I am in town for sure.

Nothing really.

The room was very comfortable and the soundproofing was amazing, you are right next to the motorway but you can't hear it. The room was air-conditioned which was great for us as we had a long motorbike ride to get there on a very hot day. We didn't bother buy the breakfast but we did go the petrol station to eat as we wanted our own choice of food. A nice stroll into the town/village and there is a really nice resturant 'Zur Letzten Träne' which has very good food. Would definately stay here again

Not seeing any staff as there is no reception, having to go to the petrol station to collect the room key, just felt a bit clincal but it was only a transit overnight stay and maybe I'm being a little harsh?

quiet location, close to motorway, super clean and comfortable room with hairdryer

no kettle /tea coffee making facilities ,or English tv channels, at the moment the services are in the middle of major roadworks and some junctions were shut making access awkward

Lots of parking spaces, quiet even though lots of truck drivers spending nights in close proximity.

Got a message, that if I was to arrive "very late" that I would let the staff know. Did not know that after 8PM was considered very late and still had to go down to the gas station to check in (which in itself was not a problem).

An excellent nights' sleep in this extremely convenient hotel just off the highway. This was used as a stopover on the way to Prague (from the UK) and it was just ideal. With a generous check-out time of 12 noon, it allowed a short visit to the city of Siegburg - a beautiful little town that deserved a longer visit. Note: It would have been good to mention that check-in is (currently) via the petrol station but maybe this was somewhere in the details that I missed.

Check-in was a little confusing but as I mentioned above, it could have been mentioned in the details although it was not obvious and probably would catch out many people.

Clean, quiet. Able to get in 24 hours (although at nearby gas station). Was very well rested for next day's drive.

Charger for electrical car was E-On and located at the nearby gas station not on site. Limited help from gas station employees as we arrived after closing of reception. Maybe a bit overpriced.

The room was very spacious and big enough for our family. Beds were comfortable and cosy. The room had everything we needed for our night stay.

There was a very light layer of dust on the window sill, which I noticed because my children liked to look out the window at all the cars and trucks passing. Everything else looked clean.

The location, the hotel and the room are excellent. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy.

The hotel is basically staffless, so if you're going there alone in the middle of the week, it's easy to be totally alone in the whole building. It's a bit weird feeling. The breakfast is highly overpriced, you're doing better if you just buy a sandwich from any shop.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover this brand straight on the motorway. Its high standards really made my stay. I only regret not booking with them last year when I was sceptical not finding too many references as the brand is fairly new. I certainly consider booking with them on my next trips.

I should say their shop manager dealt with a breakfast incident brilliantly, when the salami wasn't quite right.
