Breakfast - there was a very good selection and choice of meats, fruit, breads, cereals and cheeses: as well as good choice for drinks. Service was good and staff friendly and attentive Location - was brilliant for us in the city centre very close to transportation hub - for S-Bahn for example which we used for travel outside city centre as well as use from and back to the airport. Room - the rooms we had were comfortable, clean and a very good size. Although one rooms was little too warm at times. Prior to our stay we asked the hotel to provide our two rooms to close together for our family and they did this. They also provided a twin room for one of the rooms (also asked for prior to stay) Staff - were very welcoming, helpful and could help in English where our German struggled. They were attentive when needed and helpful with any directions. Check in and departure - we were able to check in to our room earlier than usual time, which was very useful as we arrived in the morning. Check out was easy, and were able to leave our luggage securely for a few hours prior to our departure to the airport.

One room was a little too warm. Would have welcomed tea/ coffee in the room, not just a mini bar. These are minor things in terms of our overall stay which we enjoyed very much.

Greeted with a smile on arrival. All staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Single room basic but clean. Had minibar which was reasonably priced. Bathroom clean and adequate. Nice breakfast- fresh rolls, nice hams, cheeses and smoked salmon. Stollen was a nice touch. Central location- close to Hauptbahnhof and Sbahn stop less than 300m away. Walking distance to Koenig Strasse and Schlossplatz.

For a hotel in middle of big city I would have expected to have a working safe. The ones in room 118 and 117 did not work. Whilst this was reported, was told by receptionist that was a major undertaking to repair but could leave valuables at reception. Not ideal. Not great views from rooms although may have been due to asking for quiet rooms. Did not find bar area in evening inviting. Disappointing that did not serve Stuttgart beers.

I had emailed ahead of time a requested an early check in due to my int’l flight. I got the formulaic reply that it might not be possible as the rooms needed to be cleaned. I was pleasantly surprised to receive an early check in upon arrival. Room was very spacious and balcony small but lovely to have doors open. Would have appreciated a chair on the balcony. View was top of roofs, but no street noise. Breakfast dry well-appointed. Would stay there again I as super close to the train station and King street,the shopping and eating district.

hotel's location is good. reception - friendly, courteous and helpful. there is a pub opposite the hotel run by owner Sally. Service is top-notch. smoking is permitted in the pub so if you are not a smoker, it is not recommended inside but there are tables and seats outside the pub.

the wood frame containing the mattress is uncomfortable. maybe we should have requested for a higher mattress and the 2 single beds were put together instead of a space in between the beds.

Breakfasts are really great.

Just a warning. If you are arriving by train to Stuttgart, you will find that the entire block in front of the station is dug up. GPS won't help you get out. Head to the right off the tracks and out of the station. Then circle counter-clockwise around the building site, eventually getting in front of the station but on the other side of the construction. From there you can cross the road and it is a short two block walk to the hotel. This situation looks like it will remain much the same for at least another year or so.

LOcation excellent - everywhere is 10 minutes away, staff keen to help, room size, clean, decent price, great breakfast, free water and fruit

Small things - noise at night, no tea/coffee in room, shower gel bottles faulty (they were replaced quickly); environment towel policy not followed - we put them back on the rack but they were replaced daily. Just one lift

Staff were great. Apples and water were gratis by front desk. Enjoyed the apples. “Included Breakfast” Cold breakfast was good. Had a nice selection of fruits, meat and cheeses. Room was nice, large, Bathroom was clean and shower didn’t leak/spray onto floor.

“Hot” breakfast was ok. A bit dried out and limited selection. Had 2 twin beds and a fold out sofa when I requested 1 Double. Had to put the sofa back to a sofa. Interesting view of business buildings making a square with no courtyard.

I enjoyed the breakfast buffet so much. It has so much selections to offer!!😊Not to mention the chocolates and cookies added on it. I took my time trying every delicious food. I have not seen any hotel that has a very good breakfast buffet!! Thumbs up to the staff in the front desk. They are very accommodating and very friendly!! I will highly recommend this hotel with friends and families who are from Germany👍👍

The rooms are kinda small. I am used to the hotel rooms in United States where the rooms are very spacious and the beds are very big!

Very handy to the station and mostly friendly staff. The room was also very big and spacious. Water pressure was fine and the breakfast was great. Had wifi, though at small speeds. I would stay here again, it was a great place to stop while in transit.

I nearly hurt myself in the shower as it has a massive step down. Maybe a wooden step or something. The air was really hot and I couldn't turn the temp down, though i was able to open the window which helped (felt wasteful to let out the AC). I asked for a large double bed but it had two single sheets so I couldn't sleep in the middle without falling into a small hole.

First impression, staff at desk was very friendly and helpful plus could speak English since my German is "kinda weak"! Parking was tight but good enough. My room was smaller than I expected, but it was great. Since alone this trip it worked great for me. Very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was awesome! Many more choices than I expected, so I will give it an "A+++".
