I LIKED EVERYTHING EXCEPT THE ONE LISTED BELOW

ROOM WAS QUITE WARM, NO AIR CONDITIONING OR VENTILATION. A ROOM FAN WOULD HAVE HELPED. WE WERE ABLE TO OPEN THE WINDOWS WITHOUT ATTRACTING MANY BUGS BUT THE TRAM RUNNING IN FRONT OF THE BUILDING JOLTED ME AWAKE SEVERAL TIMES. ALL IN ALL A VERY NICE HOTEL AND LOCATION. A FAN IN THE ROOM WOULD HAVE MADE A BIG DIFFERENCE AND I SHOULD HAVE ASKED FOR ONE BUT DIDN'T.

Rooms as per expectations you get from the hotel photos. Somewhat outdated but still with some character. The shower operated by buttons in a marble block was something that the geeky me appreciated! The hotel features a few restaurants serving delicious food, a swimming pool, and a gym.

The internet was extremely slow, like the early 2000s slow. Little could be done on this wifi in terms of work. Even YouTube would not work properly. So, if you're looking to make business calls, e.g. via Zoom, be mindful of this drawback. The parking was almost full to the point of finding a parking spot was a challenge.

I was supposed to stay for 2 days, but a delayed flight made me stay only 1 night, so I couldn't use all the amenities, but the ones I did use were great! Cool that there's a pool and spa. The staff were amazing! I want to give a shoutout especially to Mr. Becker, and Fabienne the receptionists, who were really friendly, kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond! Room service for dinner took a while, but it was well worth the wait! They make great food!

The room was a little shabby for what I would expect from a 4 star hotel, I saw cobwebs in the corner of the wall, while it wasn't a dealbreaker, I would expect them to be a little more kept. They also have very flat pillows, and a duvet that doesnt fit the bed so well, this tends to be a more general German thing, so it is something you might have to get used too if travelling from abroad. The location was just outside the city centre, so be aware if you need to get to the stadtmitte you will need to take the U-Bahn at Berliner Platz Liederhalle, but it's only a short walk.

Proximity to Stuttgart city centre. Good and varied breakfast. Clean. The view of the room was good (next to a cemetery). I was able though to visually savour and experience bits and elements of Stuttgart regardless.

Lack of coordination amongst reception staff. They were generally available and helpful. However I'd appreciate the lack of sexist-like comments such as e.g. 'you can call hotline taxis' when I asked where I could report a taxi driver if they tried to rip me off. I am just wondering if they would tell that to a single man travelling on his own or is it only single women who are travelling and (affording a trip) on their own who are in danger receiving such comments?

Location was excellent. Hotel room areas were quiet. Lobby bars were very nice. Room bathroom was very nice. Great shower! Plenty of hot water.

Reception desk upon arrival was very busy and our receptionist (there were several) did not welcome us, inquire as to how we were, or address that we had to wait several minutes for assistance. In addition, he did not address our request for a double bed. As we were travel weary, we forgot to bring it up. He also did not offer any guidance as to where the elevator was, nor the room, nor the hotel amenities (esp the pool). Also, the hotel pool was somewhat utilitarian - a good place for doing short laps, but not for relaxing.

Very nice looking hotel in a great location. The piano bar was very nice with friendly staff and great drinks. No problems with our room, was a good size for 2 people and clean and warm.

Room was next to the staff lifts or something which was extremely loud and squeaky all night every night and kept us up, loud bass music until 2am on the Friday night too. The sauna was unisex and unusable for us as when we checked there was a naked man with genitals exposed lying over the benches, so we felt too unsafe to enter the space. No private showers in the spa area, only 2 with glass doors by the lockers. We only ever saw men using the space, probably for these reasons as it doesn't feel like an area that prioritises safety and privacy among the guests. Some staff were friendly, others were brash. Only English speaking channel on the TV was Sky News and the Wifi is too weak to watch anything on a personal device.

Room was very clean, very comfortable and well appointed with plenty of wardobe space and hangers. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and very helpful. Hotel is fairly central in the city and only a short tram ride from the main station.

Heating in room and in foyer bar (where we had to eat on the sunday evening) was quite cool - despite adjusting the room thermostat which made very little difference. There was no jacuzzi in the spa area which was very disappointing after being out in the cold and wet during the day. The hotel is in the middle of two tram stops so either way you have to drag luggage around. There are no amenities in the immediate area (bars/restaurants/etc) so every visit out involved a tram ride.

The rooms were clean and just what you need for a short trip. The swimming pool was also great to relax in the evening with children - and with great facilities, towels provided and very clean. Reception staff were also very kind and always ready to help. The car park was very convenient and located right under the hotel with elevators. Great location!

It wasn’t entirely clear from the booking that the family rooms had a combination of sofa beds and a real bed, whereas we thought it would be two real beds. In the end, the sofa bed was comfortable so it wasn’t an issue. Room service was a bit loud in the morning, which woke us up twice.

The breakfast spread offers an impressive variety of delicious options. The reception and bar staff are notably pleasant, adding to the overall positive experience. Conveniently, there is a parking house nearby for added ease and accessibility. We were a total of 3 people and everyone had their own bed, really appreciated

Navigating through multiple elevators and labyrinthine corridors just to reach a four-star hotel room seems needlessly complex. In such a situation, one would typically anticipate assistance to guide us through. My heart particularly goes out to the elderly who might find this journey especially challenging.

This hotel was one of the best hotels we have stayed in. The breakfast buffet was huge, with many offerings. The staff is helpful, knowledgable and friendly. The hotel location is perfect, right in the center of Stuttgart. The pool and sauna were also fantastic. Although the Booking.com website states there are extra charges for the wellness area, sauna and fitness center, that is not true. As hotel guests, we had access to all facilities with no extra charges. Booking needs to correct that. The pool was exceptionally busy. In a lot of hotel pools these days, they have reduced the water temperature to the point where few people use them. But this pool was warm enough that it was well used. Families with kids, people swimming laps for exercise, and people just relaxing, were all in the pool. And the pool area is open very late. Outstanding hotel, we were very impressed and will definitely stay there again.
