great breakfast, location, staff

we helped the bees by not having our room cleaned but when we asked for toilet paper, facial tissues, the one staff member seemed surprised? he asked us almost why we needed it? I said we have terrible allergies but we shouldn’t have to justify why and he had no idea if we had been there 5 nights already. if you’re going to ask us to help the bees, then supplies like that should be easily accessible. like maybe have a piece of paper we can check off asking for supplies and leave it at front desk or on our door.

Location is great and the hotel is relaxed. Easy location to guide or share with friends and very close from the city. There is a mall and a gym within walking distance, you can basically stay there for a few days and only walk to places nearby.

Cleanliness could be improved a little, furntiure in the rooms feels a little old. Receptionists can try to be more friendly and hospitable. Not much natural light enters the room, this can be an issue for some people but it is fine with me.

Arcotel Camino was in an excellent location- walkable to the train station with luggage. it was very quiet- possibly because of a weekday stay? We booked an apartment style unit with 2 main suites and a center common area- perfect for our family of 4 adults to spread out. The hotel staff was very helpful with ordering pizza take out and information. Best breakfast and coffee! Even the well stocked refrigerator was free of charge- nice selection of drinks

Had a rental car and was charged 23 Euros to park for 24 hours, not even in a parking garage. Sorry to say but found a small silver fish on bathroom floor😳 and the mattresses were a bit too firm and couldn’t find a way to control room temperature?

The superior room was very large, clean and has a good size bathroom.The beds are top and the extra pillows we could choose very appreciated. The breakfast also super! Everthing you need/want is there.

Parking is a bit expensive, but the car is safe,near and the parking space is a good size.

The apartment was perfect for our needs and the front desk was very helpful. The rooms were beautiful and comfortable.

This would be great for business as it’s in central Stuttgart. For family visits, being in the center made the communes a bit longer than needed (my fault in location choice not the hotels!). Bar staff — one guy in particular — seemed put out by having to work on both nights that we were there — not just to us but to everyone there. The rest of the staff was excellent - it’s too bad that one curmudgeon can impact a stay.

Very beautiful hotel with great design. The room was exactly what I have been looking for with space and separate bedrooms. Great big breakfast. Friendly staff who helped us get around the city. Location is perfect and few minutes walk to the main station. Did not get to enjoy the gym and pool but would recommend this place.

Breakfast a bit pricey but was worth it.

Decent location, next to U-bahn starion and close to main railway station. Breakfast was good Staff helpful and friendly

Room looked a little tired, could do with a lick of paint. Carpet showing signs of wear in room and corridor. One lift broken during the entire stay.

The location was great, close to the train station. There were free apples. Free sauna (guaranteed it was only open for a few hours).

I asked for a queen bed but just got two twin beds side by side instead, I think I even paid for a queen bed. Bar closed on Sundays, not even any vending machine for drinks in the building on Sundays

the staff was not very informative. here is the key and that’s it. check out was not great as we were in a rush to get to our train I just wanted to drop the key off and it was just one person at the desk and not helpful at all as she didn’t want to talk to me as there was another customer.

The location is nice, close to the rail station and the center. The room was quiet and spacious and the breakfast had a wide variety. All in all a pleasant stay. The hotel is pet friendly and charge 15 euros per night per dog.

The mattress was too soft for my taste but that’s a matter of personal preference.
