Great location, clean, good facilities

The fact that they wanted a holding deposit and said it would be refunded we left the room in perfect order and never got the deposit back I have emailed them and they didn’t even respond to me so No I’m not happy

Hotel Location is perfect , Receptionists were extremely friendly and supportive , the room is quite cozy and efficient. There is a washing machine and a dishwasher which made life much easier during the stay .

I had a coffee machine in the room but no capsules provided , and also there was no teabags . Seems room service standards is based on the floor because I had some colleagues staying in a different floor , they got the refills with every cleaning loop , however I did not make a fuss and I did not contact the room service about that because it was a minor issue for me .

Clean comfy with washer and dryer in room. Right next to the shopping mall for restaurant or grocery.

The lady at breakfast was super polite and helpful. However the lady at reception was very rude and unhelpful. I was 10 mins late from checking out and was busy packing and came down to reception to check out. After i told her i was checking out and room number, without any greeting, she said why I didn't pick up her phone from room. I never received this kind of interrogation from a receptionist staff. In addition, the day before when my mother asked how to buy bottles of water, she rebutted and said why my mother couldn't boil water from tap to drink. I would have thought this is personal preference? In addition there was a note saying certain bacteria was found from the pipes even though not life threatening, so isn't it better to be cautious to drink bottle water?

We stayed at Adina twice, both for extended stay (15 days and 10 days). This is the perfect option for people wanting to be in downtown Stuttgart; yet have a fully equipped apartment. We booked the 1-bedroom apartment as we have a baby. The hotel provided a baby bed. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, stove, microwave, fridge, coffee machine and all the cooking pans, plates etc). We were able to cook meals instead of eating out everyday. The location is the best, right by the Milaneo Mall, with grocery store, Starbucks, and the big plaza with the swing, ideal for kids. It’s a 10-15mn walk to the main downtown street; the big park with kids playground; I mean everything is walkable, and access to public transport.

The pool was cold. Apparently it is set like that to counter the effects of the sauna. I would rather prefer to have a heated pool so we could enjoy with kids and baby; and take a cold shower if use the sauna instead. A cold pool is not enjoyable in the cold winter.

I'm here for two weeks and will be staying for a total of one month as a transition period as I look for a new apartment. Everything is fine especially the reception ladies The ladies from the cleaning company are very responsible

Unfortunately, there was a bottle of water in the room, I thought it would be replaced daily, the reception said I could go down and get water, the gentleman working the water bar asked me to pay, the price was restaurant price. He was very angry and looked at me with contempt when I gave up buying water😕the gentlemen of cleaning service are very perfunctory (except for a gentleman who doesn't speak much German or English)...  

Great hotel in a new, modern building right down town next to the biggest mall in Stuttgart snd the central station. Great pool and everything is modern and comfortable. Great value for money and staff is nice.

I was put in a room with a door to another room and heard the neighbours. Was not what I asked for but the staff fixed it right away. Thank you. There where no towels by the pool when I arrived and no one answered the phone. So that was not nice. Also the changing room is unisex and very small. Other than that it is great.

The rooms were almost great. I actually stayed here a couple of times. it was great to have a washing machine in the room, this was very helpful. However, they have out the mirrors on a wall where there is a tiny gap and then the bed. This essentially means you can’t use the mirror unless you stand at the other end of the room. really stupid place to put the mirror.

The breakfast is awful, and ridiculously overpriced. Last time I had breakfast, to make things worse, their was even a large group drinking and singing out loud. I recommended avoiding breakfast.

It was very convenient to have a functional kitchen app and a washer/dryer in the unit. Staff was very helpful and friendly.  Having the mall and a grocery store next-door was a big plus.

We felt like the rooms would never quite get cold enough. The thermostat was locked at a minimum of 18° which didn’t do the job at this time of the year. The housekeeping staff was hit or miss with restocking supplies, but the front desk was very helpful with getting us anything we needed.

The WiFi is outstanding!! The bed is very comfortable. The appliances are decent. The view from the corner room is great. The room is quiet at night, and the curtains do a great job of blacking out the room. The elevators are fast (I never had to wait long). A grocery store and metro station are a quick 3-minute walk away.

There were 2 false security/fire alarms on the first night. It was very uncomfortable evacuating at midnight - climbing down 18 flights of stairs - while knowing there was a false alarm several hours before. Everything else was a minor inconvenience: the bathroom door couldn't stay open, the pool was closed and the sauna was often not working, there was a lot of construction in the area, etc.

Breakfast could be organised better. The food was good but the staff were a little overwhelmed by having to ask for the room numbers to prove one had paid for breakfast and even accused our friends in a rather rude manner that they had not paid for breakfast when the problem was they could find their room number on the list. I pointed out to them where it was on the list as it was in name order and not room number order and all was fine. The staff at breakfast need to be trained to not get flustered when doing this simple task and for a Hotel of this quality that should be a given.
