Location great (once you found it 😂) efficient polite staff, exceptional breakfast, bright quiet room and good shower room

Difficult to find - not hotel’s fault but the endless construction that is Stuttgart

The hotel is on a quiet street in a very accessible central location. Staff were all very friendly and helpful and breakfasts were excellent with hot fresh bread and croissants and a good selection of cold meats and cheeses, fresh fruit and yogurt, coffee and lots of different teas etc. Our room was comfortable and well equipped and good value for money, a spacious en-suite bathroom, tv, fan, safe and a nice choice of lighting. Everything was in good working order. An excellent budget hotel, we will definitely stay there again. There is also a bar on the ground floor also but we didn’t visit it, and 24/7 vending machines for drinks.

We were super nicely surprised by the hotel and its friendly staff. Do not be fooled by the 80ties facade and concrete surroundings. The hotel's interior is renovated and very clean. We got upgraded to a huge and super comfy superior room with big windows facing a quiet street. The staff is super friendly and the breakfast very good. Be sure to ask for their scrambled eggs. My kids loved them. The hotel is located in the city's center but has plenty of parking spaces available in front of the building and even a locked private parking. We will stay there again when in Stuttgart.

The location is great - the train station is just 7 min of walk. Our room was quite spacious, furniture has its age but in a very good condition, everything is clean starting from bedsheets and ending in the bathroom. WiFi was so fast we could calmly work, we also had a desk in our room. We paid extra 11 euros for breakfast which offered us a variety of cheeses, sausages, yoghurts, jams, sauces, cereals and sweet sauces, fruits, pickled veggies and salmon. A very nice lady offered us an omelette with bacon which were cooked specially for us, and a pot of freshly made coffee. It is definitely worth it! We’d consider this hotel for our next stay for sure!

Nothing! Very good cost for the value

Breakfast was phenomenal! The front desk person was very friendly and very helpful, even running my bags down the stairs! He also allowed us to check into the room early after just expecting him to hold our bags until later in the day. The hotel was great for relaxation. Very close to the train station.

The neon sign on the building has an old hotel name so while we were looking for Mirage we didn't see it. We followed the path and then saw a banner hanging on the front of the building. From the stairs up we did not see this until we were at the top of the stairs. If GPS had led us to the street access instead we would have seen the sign. It was frustrating looking for the building because of the signage! But the reward was wonderful.

The bed was just incredibly comfortable and the sheets felt so nice on your skin. The shower was probably the best pressure we've experienced on our trip! Wonderful block out blinds and an 11am checkout made for a great sleep

Unfortunately someone in the room below us was smoking out the window which wafted right into our window (no air con I could see so the windows were very important) Our radiator heaters had been used by the previous guest and we're still hot which made for a steamy room, but the windows fully open.

the location is good, parking is possible which is its greatest advantage at the moment due to the construction work around Stuttgart central station. the hotel facility is new.

the hotel room is smaller than in the description. so is the bathroom. the hotel may have changed its name but didn’t get it changed consistently. on one side of the hotel wall it shows the older name, so is still in the booking.com hotel’s own description.

I was just passing by Stuttgart on a train ride, staying a night between two trains, and location of the hotel was incredible, literally steps away from the train station. I arrived very late, front desk wasn't manned, but they provided accurate and detailed information on their self-check-in process, and I easily got in and stayed for the night. In the morning, I was welcomed by a very warm, friendly couple, assuming the owners of the hotel.

Heating in the room wasn't working, or I couldn't make it work, and it was cold for me. I also felt cigarette smell, but not sure if it was my room or from outside.

I totally recommend the hotel, it’s just very well located and a nice affordable guesthouse style place and you can walk from it downtown but it also has a good parking and my room was quiet with view on trees.

Empty soap dispensers and it was a mission to find a store to get toothpaste and shampoo. This should always be offered ! Like they say the devil is in the details otherwise spike be 10/10

The location is brilliant, and the hotel is way better than those in the similar range that i have stayed in other cities in Germany. The room was spacious, and the balcony + terrace garden was a lovely bonus. Everything you need is at hand, and the staff is absolutely brilliant. Special shoutout to Vincent, who was managing the property during my stay there, he was ACE!!!
