The hotel was sufficiently close to Central Station, good for interstate train travellers. Premise was clean, staff was super helpful and friendly. We are a group of 5 with small kids. The owner was so considerate he made several on-the-spot room swaps so we were able to get 2 rooms close to each other. On the day of check out, he got all the kids their warm cups of milk on request. It is these little touches that will forever stay with us as part of our trip memories. The hotel provided bottles of water. A huge bonus for us. Will stay again if we are back in Stuttgart. Will recommend to friends.

While close to the station, the hotel was a distance away from restaurants, cafes and supermarket. It is on a little hill, you have to walk up a huge flight of stairs to reach the hotel. It is manageable but we tried to ensure we got back to the hotel before it got dark.

Very friendly, well-mannered and professional staff! As female, middle-aged alone traveler I appreciate it very much, when I am met with respect and professionality. And this has not always been the case. Congratulations! Hotel is new, very well located (close to the station) and they really have a welcoming policy. You 'li get even 1L water complimentary! And the Jura machine makes an excellent coffee in the morning.

Suddenly the window in my is not soundproof and you hear the traffic (hotel is not on the street but the far way street is a big one). They offer you earplugs though. With a room in the back it would have been an excellent stay.

Its a nice hotel very close to the main train station. The breakfast was good for the price with sausages, meatballls and scrambled eggs as well as cheese and cold cuts etc. Very friendly reception staff. There was also bottled water in the room. Mind, you do not need to climb the long stairs up tto the hotel when coming from train station as was mentioned in some reviews. If you continue on the main road for another 300 metres and then turn left you can reach the hotel easily while rolling your luggage behind you.

The hotel is located in a great location, only a few minutes walk from the main train station, and is easily identifiable from the street. We had no issues with noise, however earplugs were provided just in case. Our room was ready even though we arrived a couple of hours early, and the staff were super friendly and more than happy to assist us with directions / organising public transport etc. Unfortunately we also left a pair of sunglasses at the hotel, but the hotel got in contact straight away and even offered to post them back to us at their expense. 10/10 customer service, would definitely stay here again when in Stuttgart.

On entering the room there was a strong smell of cleaning product (strong enough to be headache inducing) however this cleared by keeping the window open.

Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Room was small but was sparkling clean, shower had great water pressure, bottle of water and ear plugs were provided. Beds were really comfortable and mattresses were on the softer side (which I like). Location was perfect, in walking distance from Hauptbahnhof (train station) and city center. Didn’t try the breakfast buffet but it looked good too.

Nothing. It was everything we wanted. We only stayed for one night (Stuttgart was a pit stop for us). There was no real desk area and chair so maybe not as suitable for work trips. Perfect for short leisure trips.

central and easy to find when arriving from the train station. the staff was super friendly and responded quickly to my messages. i checked in at 23:00 after a mash up with my plane the next day. check in and out was seamless, I booked the room an hour before arrival to a very decent prize. really got me out of a pickle. happy they are so flexible

the room was way too warm in this heat so I couldn’t really sleep. the duvet cover was a little torn but not dirty. just didn’t look very fresh. the area is a little bit sketchy for female solo travelers so keep that in mind if you have to bolt in the middle of the night like I did

Very close to the main train station. Just several minutes walk. Quite place. Comfy bed. Very clean room and shower. All the hotel seems to be pretty newly build/refurbished. 24 hour easy access to the building.

I always try to point out one thing that could be improved - in this case there was scent sticks placed in a room that emitted really bad odor/smell. I had to hide them on top of a shelf to minimize the smell. Just please throw them away!

Location is very good upper street of the main train station. We have visited Stuttgart to visit car museums so the most important thing for us to be close to the main station. We took a train to everywhere. Close to the central 10 mins by walking. Very compact refurbished apart hotel. We had everything we needed. Rooms are clean and large. Same for the shower and bathroom. Very good pricing. We'd stay here again!

Breakfast was looking poor so we didn't have it. It is very cheap though.

Close location to the beautiful City of Stuttgart's wonderful station. (Please note the sarcasm) Yes, it's very close, but noisy and stairs play a big part in getting there. If walking isn't a problem, it's a good hotel to choose.

Excellent staff, but it's a little noisy due to being next to The Nurnburg Ring...

clean room and bathroom, the room was small but worth the money we used shared bathroom with another room but also not a big problem nice lobby, coffee machine

actually I don’t want to shared bathroom with strangers but my case is the cheapest room, we only want to sleep, therefore so far so good ,and the stairs to the main room was really high, if I want an incline way, then I need to go around and come from the street
