Room was spacious, well appointed and clean. Breakfast was very good. Plenty of choice. It was very reasonably priced and it exceeded my expectations for a hotel in that price range.

Lift was a bit shabby and slow. The hotel has been very well updated from what is clearly an older building. Overal it has been done very well and if they achieved that by skimping on a lift update then fair enough. It is quite far away from all the Tourist attractions in the centre so you would need to factor that in. I had a car and parking was not an issue so it worked well. Taxi into town is 15 - 18 euros each way.

Very nice room (115), spacious, well-equipped and new. Nice lighting plan. Didn't use cupboard, but good for longer stay. Desk + chair. Great view on Mosel River. Very quiet in spite of highway. In general well-insulated. Coffee machine, fridge. Window that you can actually open. Foot path along river.

No bedside tables: weird minimalistic millenial trend and so impractical. Towel rack in bathroom very high. New EU-norm? TV or remote didn't work. But then, okay boomer :) Socket low. Impractical for loading mobile/tablet. Please fix flimsy curtain. Attention to detail required to keep up standards.

Friendly staff, nice happy hour with delicious non-alcoholic drinks, beautiful site on the Mosel even with the motorway close by it was not noisy, a very nice evening at the terrace. :)) It was a torrid evening but the rooms were not impossible to sleep in, even without AC.

The dark carpet in the rooms was dirty and many little things such as dirty doors, missing lamps, no night stands in our room, visible little care and poor cleanliness in the rooms hallway. :(( Breakfast was good the only remark would be that the gluten free bread took 20 minutes and was too hard to shew.

Wonderful place. It's a bit off the city and that adds to its charm. Placed among greenery, you can watch the river gently flow by, or watch sunsets right from your room window. It is super quiet. The room was spacious, clean, and simply inviting. When you enter, you get this feeling - here I want to stay. Very good beds. Together with the quiet neighborhood and greenery, they guarantee a good night sleep. If you are worried about walking the distance to the city - don't. The river promenade is one of Trier's attractions and you will walk it anyway ;) It is also brightly lit at night, and paved - sadly apart from the last 300m. There is also taxi (14euro) and bus (2?euro) from the train station. There is a restaurant on site, but not open throughout the day, only for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast is on the expensive side, but totally worth it. There is a variety of products (5 types of yoghurt, 4 kinds of cereal, e.g.) and they are all very good quality. The restaurant overviews the green river bank and that's another another reason to pay it a visit. Very good internet. Ookla judged it at a pretty nifty 130Mbps. Stable throughout the entire stay. There is a small garden, and a lobby, if you feel like enjoying a bit of laziness. A promenade walk away (30min?) there are river cruises, several times per day.

Excellent Breakfast, a lot of different options, super recommendable! All the staff was also very friendly and helpful Super comfy beds and the room had a view into the Moselle River which was super nice! Although the hotel is almost outside the city, the location is still good, with a lot of places to buy food, markets, etc nearby, and the River path that is beautiful. You have a 5 mins drive into the citycenter.

I can mention that the Internet was a little slow during some moments, but nothing that prevents to do the usual internet-stuff that one needs

A modern and clean hotel at the side of the Autobahn, very handy for travel and business. The staff are excellent, professional and helpful and rooms updated, fresh and clean. On site parking great too.

The restaurant menu at the moment (maybe covid related) is very limited with only a few selections however what is offered is very nice quality, fresh and well presented. As often with German hotels you get a huge comfortable bed but with small single duvet's. Not a criticism of the hotel but just the way it is.

Spacious rooms with a pastoral view of the Mosel. Very good food for both dinner and breakfast. Five minute drive to the city centre.

The room is furnished in a minimalist way, a suitcase stand would be handy. Although it's quite a large hotel (over 100 rooms) and there's plenty of space around the building, the number of parking spaces is definitely not enough, and it is not easy to get in and out of the parking spot.

The staff was friendly, super helpful, and professional. The restaurant was excellent for all meals. Probably the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel.

The hotel and room were so hot. It was very uncomfortable and the only way to cool down was to open the window, even at night, which let all the bar noise in throughout the night. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times.

Beautiful modern room and bathroom, clean and quiet. Beautiful view, comfortable sleeping, delicious breakfast, easy parking and friendly staff.

Breakfast was a delicious experience, but expensive (20€ p.p.). The hotel is a 30min walk from the centre of Trier.

Hotel is on the Mosel river, wonderful beds and great breakfast

The hotel is designed for travelers who come by car. On foot far from the central station, there is a solid fence around the hotel parking lot and you have to make a big circle on foot to get out of the territory. Or you have to wade through a hole in the fence on the side of the river.
