Hi, We are travelling with our bicycles and could store them inside the hotel which felt very secure. Check in was very super easy and comfortable, the key is sie in a safe and you can arrive at sany time. Room was clean and comfortable. The staff in the morning was very friendly. Would definitely come again and recommend it for everyone. Btw, it's right in the city centre euch is the old town as well, superb;) Cheers

Breakfast was quite good, with a selection of self-serve continental-style offers, including cold cuts.

This was a downtown hotel with downtown sounds. Revelers yelling outside the windows at early morning/late night hours. Some carpet in the room would help the sound from echoing.

The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station, few steps (literary) to the main landmarks - Porta Nigra and the Cathedral and to the city-centre pedestrian area. Room with a nice balcony looking over lovely little square. Pretty nice ambience, indeed.

I am not sure whether it was indicated in the hotel's description that there is no lift to the upper floors and it was rather unpleasant surprise to see the steep staircase, having a very heavy suitcase with me.

Lovely room with comfortable bed and everything was incredibly clean. TV, plug sockets near the bed, lamps, hand and normal towels provided, soap and shampoo in the bathroom too. Staff were super lovely and check-in and out times gave me many options. Also perfect location right in the centre, near restaurants, cafes, shops, and tourist sights.

The rolling curtain in my room didn't work so it was very light when the sun rose.

The location is the absolute top. Very comfy beds and pillows, light and pleasant room. lovely view to the old square. Cozy terrace facing the square.

Only one problem in this hotel - it's super noisy during the night. Maybe because it was Saturday night, but people were shouting until 6 a.m. If the windows are closed it's better, but than there is no air in the room. Anyway if you tired enough, probably the noise won't disturb you that much.

I would definitely go back. I have to commute a bit now to Trier and this place is the best value for money. the location is excellent and you can have a twin room for the same price. Really clean room and the staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Great place.

I was there only one night and there was nothing I did not like. Everything was fine.

Location is amazing! Parking very close by in Parkhaus Hauptmarkt for €15/day - park there straight away, vehicle access to the hotel is non existent! Lots of dining options at the front door.

A bit dated and we couldn't close the shutters on the door to balcony.

Great location with a comfortable bed and a good shower. Very friendly staff and a smooth check in and out.

Was quite loud with the windows open but that is to be expected in middle of the city.

Perfect position, parking in the parking garage 100 meters away, quiet.

WiFi on the 3rd floor room is non-existent. No lift may be a problem for some.

Helpful and friendly staff, nice full breakfast (they even asked for wishes), small but cozy rooms, very central, prices ok.
