Friendly staff, nice location - a few steps from the river Mosel and with 15-20 min. walk from the city center(you can take a taxi for 12÷16€), a clean room with a good sound isolation, the hotel is pets friendly(dogs are allowed in the breakfast room); every day tasty bread&buns

Not enough parking places, some rooms at the ground floor were just as in the basement - with a window at the ground level, a 2-persons room was really small, no place to sit for 2; however food was fresh, the choice was very limited and the vegan option was only margarine with jam(4 different) plus fruit salad; no lunch of dinner in the hotel, you have to go to the city center(~2km) or walk a little bit along the river(~500m)

Modern hotel, located 20-25 minutes walk from the city center, and 5 minutes from the river. Polite and helpful staff. Quite typical for a hotel, but a good breakfast. Pancake machine was a pleasant surprise. :) Room itself was clean, with modern furniture, and looked like on photos on the website. The heating in the room worked properly, and it was possible to control the temperature through a small convenient panel on the wall. There was also a small kettle, cups, and some tea and coffee. Bathroom was clean and had a modern shower. Good water pressure. Trash was removed from the bins daily and towels were replaced with fresh ones.

The room was very nice - well laid out, good lighting, a useful small table and comfortable armchair with footrest. Sound insulation was also good. The wifi was also good. There was a good choice of food in the buffet breakfast (NB no cooked items except boiled eggs). The location is great if you have a car (plenty of parking) and there are nice riverside walks nearby.

The breakfast was really good. There was a large selection. We chose to travel during a long German holiday weekend, so there was a lot of traffic for breakfast in the morning. We (4 people) did not have difficulties find a spot to sit, but getting food was a little chaotic. The room was also clean.

The room was smaller than we thought, and our room faced the parking lot, but these were minor things we noticed.

The breakfast was quite good and exceeded my expectations, having plenty of tasty choices. The room was comfortable, and clean. The shower was well equipped and the amenities were of good quality. The location is convenient, easy to find and well connected with the highways.

Not much to complain, if you are aware of the kind of hotel you are booking. It is clearly a budget hotel, so you won´t expect fancy decoration in your room, but the items that are there are quite functional, comfortable and effective. If there is anything to complain, I would say the size of the desk, which is very small and definitely not convenient for working with a laptop.

it was modern, clean and on site parking was excellent. The staff were helpful and the breakfast was exceptional. The most comfortable pillows we slept on throughout our trip! Also an easy walk into town along the river where there were several good restaurants. Nice to have a staffed bar also.

Nothing. Perhaps some bottled water and a couple of glasses in the room plus shelf in the room for putting things on.

A modern, nice and clean hotel which easily fills the needs for one night stay. Good breakfast, had a good variety of usual breakfast stuff.

Hotels parking lot was a total chaos. Most visitor come by car and the hotel doesn't have nearly as much parking space as needed. You need to use quite a lot of imagination to find the parking spot.

Easy to find and reach location just outside the city centre, a 15 minute walk to the Porta Nigra. Just behind the hotel there is a nice walk/cycle way along the river's edge with some restaurants/bars. Comfortable room, spacious, nice bathroom, very clean, everything looked brand new. Nice breakfast buffet with plenty of choices for everyone. Very friendly front desk staff.

The automatic closing system on the room doors make them slam shut unless you slow them down manually. Most guests didn't, causing disturbing noise until late at night and again starting early in the morning. There is limited parking space in front of the hotel, so if you plan to use your own car it pays to arrive on time and secure a spot.

Very clean hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very friendly staff. A very short drive to the historic core of Trier. We loved that the pedestrian and bike-friendly riverwalk was just behind the hotel ~ perfect for strolling after having dinner in town.

A fine accommodation with a more than decent breakfast! I must say, the girl at the reception made our trip. Due to some inconvenient planning, we forgot to confirm our wine tasting booking. Unfortunately, all places were already booked one day in advance. We were so lucky, the girl at the reception helped us out with our planning and booked a tasting at a place she knew. It was wonderful!
