Perfect location in the centre of town, close to all amenities and the train station. Staff are really kind and helpful, going above and beyond to make the stay comfortable. I got an upgrade on the room I'd originally booked, which was very clean, spacious and had a gorgeous view of Siegburg. Breakfast was varied and plentiful.

I had a room at the back of the hotel, and the WiFi didn't always work very well. Not an issue for me this trip, but I would mention it to the staff if you are relying on WiFi during your stay, to be given a room with better connection.

I rarely rate a hotel so highly but I must say, this place absolutely deserves it. First of all, the hosts are just wonderful. The warmest of welcomes and a genuine desire to ensure you will have a happy stay at the hotel. This is a family-run establishment and it clear from the warmth that the hosts exude that they want you to have a relaxing time there. We had the convenience of parking at the hotel, which is great, and we were given a lovely room overlooking the charming square. Our room (as was all of the hotel) was scrupulously clean. There were plenty of breakfast options - something to please everyone. I should add that staying over on on warm Friday evening meant that you can be susceptible to noises from the square from late-night revellers if your window is open overnight, but if left closed, the rooms are quiet.

Nothing of note here really - I would perhaps have benefited from a second pillow but I am sure one would have been provided should I have asked for one.

very seldom that I mention the staff. But seldom I have felt such an welcome. It’s from check in to the smile when going out, the joke at the breakfast or the small “song” by checking out. Also have to mention the nice breakfast.

It’s not a typical business hotel. If you want that drop it, but if you want a “home” feeling away from home you are on the right way…

The Hotel is small, but very comfortable. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was really exceptional. One of the best I had in Germany. A lot of different options of bread, ham, cheese. It also offers fruit salad, yogurt. It is not only tasty, but it also very nicely organised. It looks very beautiful. You can really feel that people prepare it with care.

Perhaps something just to improve. The drain of the shower area didn't work perfectly (but it did work). As my stay was short, I didn't have time to mention that at the hotel.

Great location in the heart of the (small) town, spacious room with a great view (onto the town square) and a very very comfortable bed, plus extremely friendly and helpful staff.

The room and the breakfast room are very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast is very good with lots of spread and the owner is very nice and accomodating.
