Great spacious room. The bathroom was also big and modern. Our room had also a balcony with lake view, which was great. The breakfast, which was included in our price, was delicious. You could choose lots of stuff from a buffet (fried eggs, boiled eggs, sausages, egg slices, cold cuts, different types of cheese, little pastries, croissants, and sweets, jam etc. The hotel's facilities were great. We got to use the internal pool (there's also an external one). We also uses the sauna. however, we wanted to use the jacuzzi as well, but the staff said that it had to be cleaned so we didn't have the chance. Lots of places to visit nearby. The lake itself and small picturesque villages. Value for money!

You have to walk some way to the room including some stairs. Air conditioner controlled from the desk ,and we had some problems with it.

Although it's considered a winter destination, we stayed at the Kazarma during a July heatwave and the experience was amazing! The spacious rooms, the spa / massage services, the pool, the breakfast; everything worked towards a very relaxing weekend.

Air conditioning units were a little too intense for my liking, but the location makes it very easy and smooth to sleep even by opting in to an open window during the night ;)

very nice resort with a cool spa area, very cosy and stylish common areas and excellent food and breakfast! The fireplace inside the rooms was a beautiful addition for a cosy winter night. Spacious room with large bed and nice view over the lake, its perfect for a weekend or long weekend away to relax and treat yourselves! The staff were super hospitable and friendly.

Nothing too important but perhaps a few details could be polished as it is a 5 star resort, for example there was no complimentary water bottle on the room which I personally find a must. And some cables were hanging a bit too low from the ceiling secret light as well as poor quality toiletries (shampoo etc.)

We were celebrating our 12th anniversary and we let them know about it before hand. However even though the man in the reception said he read our email, they didn't do anything special at all. We also noticed a miscommunication in the staff about whether all kind of coffees are included in the breakfast or not! Lastly we where told that the kitchen closes at 10.30 at night, and one night we sat in the bar at 10.05 and we were told by the waiter that the kitchen closes in 5 minutes. At the same time many staff especially the ladies, were super polite and helpful to us!! Thank you.

too many stairs not enough lifts. the whole group of approximately 50 people had to leave before 7am and the hotel wouldn’t lay on an early breakfast for us. they normally serve breakfast at 8am but would only lay on breakfast for 7.15am which was no good.

overpriced beer that was served warm, if you are going to charge a premium deliver good quality very odd that the bill comes in three parts that must be paid seperatley - this sounds like odd management for a place that aims to be high quality minor issues but just pointing out so they can fix

Friendly and helpful staff, clean room, lots of choices with reasonable prices on room service menu, the spa area!

The basic breakfast variety, the tiny space on the indoor car parking, tv was out of order cause of the damaged cables!

Breakfast was great. There were many choices to cover everyone tastes and it was very tasty. The location was great and the restaurant area was very cosy. The staff was very helpful

I did not like that in order to use the fireplace there was an extra charge.

Everything was great, including the staff restaurant and cafe.

Although we were paying a room with a fireplace, we were getting charged extra 15,00 euros per day to use it. Also the wifi was annoyingly slow.
