the deluxe rooms were fab! the shower was amazing. water fall and powerful! not usually seen that in Greece before. the etching on the shower wasn’t a problem at all. I would understand if sharing with a friend or relative. but as a couple it didn’t bother us at all. the beds were comfortable. we didn’t use the pool area but was great that you could borrow towels for a fee there is a hair dryer in the room. not a great one but did the trick. the breakfast was very good. more choice that I thought. we usually stay in small family run hotels so was a little different for us this time. the receptionist helped us get to Lindos for the day and printed out a bus time table and also gave us directions. lovely walk upto castle around 20 mins.

wardrobes we’re abit outdated and didn’t fit in with the aesthetic with the lovely rooms. also the lights on the thermostat and power grid the rooms could be blocked out gave out so much light some nights couldn’t sleep

nice refurbished room, comfy bed, amazing location close to everything. breakfast had a fair amount of choice and all very tasty

lots of younger guests shouting and screaming in the corridors in the evening and when they got back late at night which was very loud and disturbed our sleep most nights. air con didn’t work very well and took all night to drop to 20 degrees from about 27 each time we came back from our day out. bit hot to sleep in

Swimming pool area was nice! And the balcony was large!

I asked double bed but we got two separate beds with wheels put together. It didn't work. Soundproof wasn't very good, but the hotel was pretty quiet so it didn't bother too much.

The location was very good, the room was spacious and we received the room we booked on booking.com. Modern room with all the facilities. Air conditioning was working very well, being very helpful as it was already extremely hot. The staff was very friendly and ready to help in any situation. Overall the stay was good, reaching easily the standards of a 3 stars hotel.

When we arrived, the floor of the room was dirty, but we thought maybe they just forgot to pass the vacuum. Unfortunately, in 1 week the situation didn't improve. The floor was actually washed, but with a very dirty water (?). As a result, after cleaning, instead of smelling as fresh, it was smelling bad. The breakfast was good, but for a longer stay, it gets a bit repeatitive, as there are always the same things, with some small changes. This could be a good thing to improve. Another thing is that I specifically asked for a double bed, and we got 2 single beds together, which made it a bit uncomfortable, too bad as the mattress and pillows were actually comfortable.

Well kept, smart clean hotel in a good location for local beaches and exploring Rhodes town. The nearest beach only a couple of minutes walk away and the old town 15 minutes walk away. Our double room was large, bright and airy, with a large balcony to relax on. Rooms fridge was perfect beer temperature. Hotels buffet style breakfast was really good with plenty of choice for all. We didn’t eat at the hotel bar, but drinks were good and reasonably priced. Pool was ok, but the sunbed area was a little small. Lots of restaurants and cafes surround the hotel area, with the busier streets only a few minutes walk away. Spent 7 nights and had an enjoyable stay.

The shower cubicle was a little small. The shower was great, but not so easy to pick up the soap if you dropped it.

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The premises of the hotel and pool area were always well-kept. We had two rooms. One of them was recently revamped. Nevertheless, both rooms were comfortable and very clean. AC and WiFI worked perfectly. The hotel was very central and close to the beach and restaurants. Very close to the old town. All in all, this is an excellent hotel with excellent service and perfect location.

There is only one elevator in the hotel. Luckily, we were on the second floor. So, we use the stairs skipping the waiting time for the elevator. The breakfast was good, but it could be improved. More fresh fruits, natural juices, and smoothies will add to the breakfast experience.

Location is great, breakfast was fine but nothing extraordinary. The price was incredibly low so everything far exceeded what I would have expected at this price point

This was in Rhodes town we had only ever stayed in the Old town. There is no real view from this hotel as it is in a Main Street with other hotels surrounding it, but there are excellent restaurants adjacent and in easy walking distances . Supermarket is opposite so any additional needs are local. Breakfast was good and the lunches you can purchase from the bar were also very good. We booked this hotel as it had a pool and sun beds, although the beach is about 10 mins away walking. Staff were very helpful

Would have liked a bigger shower and tea/ coffee facilities but everything else was more than adequate. We had a small street side balcony which caught the sun mist of the morning!

Everything else was absolutely perfect. The staff is really friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure a good stay. The rooms are really nice and new, the beds are incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect. We did not have the chance to try the restaurant. The housekeeping is on point, the hotel and rooms are 100% clean.

The only downside is the design for the new bathrooms. It does not give a lot for privacy so we had to work our way around it. I would also like to see the TV being connected to WiFi.
