I liked the room on the roof. Beautiful views from there.

The daily room cleaning could work out a bit better.

Great customer service, especially Sypros who made me feel very welcome on check in. Location was great, close to the beach with many restaurants around the area. Only a 8-10 minute walk to the old Town. For the price, this was great value and I would recommend it highly for others.

I personally did not have this issue as i had a quiet room. Howevers, rooms can be loud if facing bar street but if you're a light sleeper or sleep early, just ask them for a quiet room and they will try to help out.

The position is very intriguing, a few steps away from the crazy street of nightlife of Rodos but also a few steps away from the beach. From the rooftop you could see Turkey and the amazing Rhodes old town, a fascinating mix that made go absolutely crazy. The receptionist, especially the one with the long hair, was very polite and professional and he provided us with everything necessary with our stay! He gave us precious informations and we want to thank him very much for his awesomeness and professionalism. Much respect. The reception also helped us in keeping our luggages on the last day after checkout. Mind-blowingly gentle, thank you! Also the rooftop rooms of the seventh floor had very nice terraces with top of the notch views. Air conditioning and temperature management worked very well. The hairdryer worked perfectly and there was a glass near the sink to be used to wash your mouth after brushing your teeths. Touché. The bathroom was perfectly cleaned and decent sized. A soap was provided. On the terrace there were two sunbathing beds, a table, an ashtray and two chairs. Awesome stuff.

The only things I would improve are: free consumables such as shampoo or shower gel, maybe they were provided in other rooms but not in ours. I'm sure if we would have asked they would have surely provided us with everything necessary. Also a pair of slippers would have been cool, but absolutely fine without it.

Good classic city hotel in Rodos. This traditional hotel has been here for decades. Experienced staff, reliable and comfortable three star hotel. It's definitely not modern, but it's reasonably well maintained and offers a good traditional Rodos hotel experience year and year after. I've stayed here at least five times in the past 10 to 15 years. Good breakfast with kind and polite Greek staff. New swimming pool area is very comfortable. Lounge area with a shelf full of books mainly from the Nordic region. Good value for money especially outside the peak weeks. Air conditioning was included in the base price.

Rooms facing the sea and the bar street get some noise from the nearby bar/party road if the balcony door is open. But there's quite good sound insulation in the windows, so even in the second floor we had no trouble sleeping. It's actually kind of nice to see young people full of energy, reminds me from my own youth :D If you're afraid of the noise, ask for a room from the quiet side. The neighborhood has seen its better days. I wish the good old days would return.

This hotel is great value. I had a nice room with a good size balcony, a view of the pool and sea. The staff were friendly, they were helpful whenever I had a question. The pool area was nice. The location is great! It's right by the beaches, a short walk from the old town and very close to the bus stops. It's also in the heart of Rhodes, close to many restaurants and shops.

I think what would have been great was having some Greek food options at the bar area, would be nice to have more menu options. But besides that I had an overall nice experience, especially for the price.

The room is a bit old. But i like it coz the room was huge and i got what i needed and wished for... extra pillows and hair dryer. The fan works superb. The small balcony is good enough. You cant hear the noise outside. I had a peaceful might after a long day. The location was perfect. Two supermarkets outside the Hotel what can you ask for! But the best of all is Spyros, your night employee at the reception. He was really nice to your guests. Me as a new guest i felt at home , safe and problem free. Thats how you do it in the hotel industry. Am glad i booked at your hotel. Thank you so much.

The breakfast was not good and dont taste good. Am sorry but you can put some spices into it. It tasted bland.

The staff were very helpful especially Mr. Spyros in reception, he gave us great recommendations on where to eat and what to do in the city and he was very kind. The room was very good for the price. The only downside was the noise from the bars and night clubs outside but there's nothing they can do about it and the breakfast was also great.

There is no parking on the premises so you have to find somewhere to park around the hotel. The good thing is that you can always park on the sidewalk next to the hotel and the staff can give you suggestions on where to park your car.

I stayed in this hotel last year as well, so I knew what I'm going to get, and thats why I booked this year's staying in this hotel. Probably going to book next year's vacation in here as well, but everything was perfect, the helpfullness, and I could go on and list every single thing and making a non-ending review, so all I can say that it was super perfect.

The morning meals was a bit unpleasent. I understand the kitchen staff has to cook for 100-200 or for even more people, but the omlett was dried, the bacon was soaking in grease, and the eggs was sitting in somekind of watery liquid(?). I don't say that it was horrible, because we enjoyed every day here, but if I must need to call out anything that wasn't good, then this one would it be.

The hotel is centrally located you can explore the city on foot, in a few minutes you are on beautiful beaches or in the old town of the Knights that will enchant you at what time of day you decide to go. The room was very clean, the breakfast was varied and in the afternoon the cocktails by the pool were what I needed. The staff is polite and friendly
