Everything was perfect. The food and drinks were very diverse and delicious available practically around the clock at the bars and restaurants, the outside swimming pool was warm and clean, the view from the window opened to the sea, in the evenings there was music-dancing show offered, performers were different, not everyone was equally liked, it was pleasant, that no children noise could be heard throghout the stay

The door jamb was too high, there were too few electrical outlets in the room (to charge phones, to use computer, hair dryer etc.)

General- Amazing! 4 nights in this enormous 5 stars all inclusive resort, first time with my newborn (3 months) and my wife, and I wish I stayed for more. Staff- Maybe the best customer service I have ever seen (and I travel every month from work), especially Joanna in the front desk who helped us so much to find availability for 1 more night here even though the hotel was absolutely full! She also helped us cancel reservation from another hotel! Thanks a lot Joanna ;) Facilities- Infinite choices of pools(salt water!), bars, music, live music, food, restaurants, and views! Food- So diverse, you need 5 nights just to taste everything and everything is tasty! Location- Can’t ask for better, on the beach but on the same time next to the old city. Rooms- Had a room with a sea view, room is big, bath is spoiling, balcony is great. (Minibar is free!!!) Will definitely book there again on my next time in Rhodes.

Everything was perfect!

Overall we really enjoyed our stay . Good food and drinks, very good location close to everything . there was unfortunately strong wind all week so we had to walk to a beach at the east side of the island , it was nice that it was only 5 min away. very nice activities for kids , our son enjoyed very much. the girls watching over the kids were really nice. also large variety of training classes for adults, really enjoyed the yoga lessons. spacious and clean room . nice balcony with sea view. great hospitality by the staff.

not sure if it was because the hotel was full but there were lines everywhere, at the bar at the pool restaurants at lunch, not enough sun beds at the pool . pool only opens at 10 (would be nice if it could be an hour earlier). the floor at the pool and the bathroom is really slippery. noise from the bar area until 11PM everyday is clearly heard from the room even when the door is closed.

We had a wonderful check-in. We arrived early and accessed the room immediately. The porter, George?, was amazing and took us to the room. My son received a gift when we checked it which was very welcoming. The room was very clean and a good size. We felt comfortable. The housekeepers clean the room twice a day and are very good. The staff are very friendly and couldn't be faulted. The food at the buffet was very healthy. My son enjoyed the kids club and kids pool. The hotel seems very clean

The beach was across the road and had no access to refreshments or toilets so we only went once. No shade provided over the kids' pool People smoking next to the kids' club and the kids' pool. The minibar had water which was great, but we don't drink fizzy drinks like coke and fanta. It would be great to have healthier options like apple juice or orange juice.

Main restaurant meals and management was great. Room was great - apart from the stained carpets. Evening music was good to have, and some of the acts were great. Service in the restaurant and at the pool bars was exceptionally good.

Concierge lady was not very friendly. Room carpet was badly stained - not good for top-end suite. Lifts were terrible - not working some of the time and not feeling safe to use the rest of the time. ATM machine gave a very poor rate - surprised the hotel having an ATM giving such a rate to customers. Also, when you get to the point of seeing the exchange rate the transaction cannot be cancelled - appalling.

Overall the hotel lived up to expectation, with a choice of three swimming pools or umbrella on a section of windy beach dedicated for hotel guests only, multiple bars serving endless drinks from 9am through until 2am alongside a bar serving selection of crepes (sweet and savoury) and ice cream. The staff are friendly and the nightly entertainment was of a high standard. The only negative was the hotel lifts in the Grand Wing, which were intermittently working and even turned off on occasions. We found it easier and quicker to take the stairs to the 2nd floor.

Limited selection of food in the main dining room. Pool is not open until 9:30am and is chained off at 6pm each day.

Despite being somewhat tired, the room was spacious and comfortable. We dined at all the restaurants located near the pool as well as the main dining room, and the food was outstanding. The entire staff were accommodating and friendly, ensuring we felt incredibly welcomed throughout our stay.

The gym was disappointingly small, and it was disheartening to discover that many of the pieces of equipment were out of order. Additionally, the sunbeds appeared worn and uncomfortable, warranting a renewal, and perhaps a higher quality selection should be considered to match the hotel's overall high standards.

The property was in a great location, staff lovely especially main eatery, concierge very helpful. The only issue we had was our room 425 though having a sea view was opposite a staff storage room in which cleaning mops etc were kept. Unfortunately a very horrible smell permeated from that room to ours making our room smell like it was next to a toilet. Upon asking staff to close the door they said it had to stay a little ajar as it had electrical wiring inside that couldn’t heat up. So for the first four days we thought it was just an issue with their pipes. On the last day we opened the door to that room and realised that’s where the smell was from. If they can’t shut that door then they should not put people in room 425. Hotel again wonderful, service great but that unpleasant smell ruined our stay. Hopefully they can rectify that issue.

Staff is very very friendly! You have free sunbeds in the beach. Even if you leave the town after the checkout you can still use the facilities All inclusive (drinks and food)

Probably it is common in Europe but the pool closes early for what I'm used to. The shower is not well designed, it's easy to get the water out of the shower. In my case, I had to hold it to prevent that from happening, but overall it's a great place to stay for the price paid!

Location good, nice garden/pool area, perfect staff. Lots of choices for lunch/dinner. Service is just perfect everywhere.

The rooms really need face lifting. 5 star hotel means rooms of better quality. In some rooms the beds are absolutely out of standard and there are things to be fixed. When booking the room, notice that on the pool side there is a music event every evening at 21-23 hrs. Can be disturbing for some people, as the windows and doors do not keep the noise away. If you are not a music lover, book a room on the sea side. Sea side rooms (this is only my personal opinion) seem to be of better quality and with better beds, and the rooms are peaceful.
