Breakfast was amazing - so much choice. Excellent location, right across the road from the beach and 15 min walk to the old town / port. All staff were very helpful and friendly - big shout out to Adele who looked after us each morning at breakfast - she made us feel so special and looked after us so well. The hotel itself is beautiful and really clean, rooms were very modern and very comfortable beds.

We enjoyed the location, the environment of the hotel and the cleanliness. The breakfast was very variable and tasty. The bar's food and drinks were tasty and reasonably priced. The pool area was clean and private. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful, especially the bartenders Mr. Stavros and Mr. Nicholas! Staff at the breakfast was also incredible. Housekeeping was excellent! The whole experience was excellent and this hotel was a great choice for our holiday.

Some of the reception staff were not very welcoming and never said hello or asked about our day. In a 5 star hotel the coffee in the room should be included to the price of the room. A kettle is missing from the room. Some of the restaurant staff were not very customer oriented and it sometimes came off as the customers were merely a nuisance for them.

This hotel is great, located just across the street from the most popular beach within that area, plenty of restaurants/bars nearby till late at night. 10 minutes walking distance to one of the main entrance of the Medieval city. Breakfast was included with the room rate and plentiful to choose from.

Outstanding breakfast Spotlessly clean Lovely pool Friendly staff in dining room and bar Fantastic location Lovely see view from 'partial sea view' balcony Inexpensive drinks in the bar

Very unhelpful desk staff who would not provide information about local buses, telling me I would have 'to walk in to town or get a taxi', despite buses stopping regularly almost outside the hotel and the room booklet telling me that reception would have details of local bus services. The breakfasts were fantastic, the best I have had in four star hotels, but the one evening buffet we had was dire: the food was cold and greasy. I complained but was told the heaters had gone out under the bain maries! No real concern or interest.

At time of booking the only room available was a Junior Suite located on 2nd floor with Balcony over looking the Beach. This Hotels location was perfect for those wanting to wake up, enjoy an amazing Breakfast, exit via the foyer, cross over the road and straight onto the beach. Or for those wanting to wake up, enjoy an amazing Breakfast followed by a stroll into Rhodes historical Old Town. The Hotel has recently been renovated to a high standard and the Staff were amazing and able to answer any questions we had. The pool is adequate given the Hotel's location. We would not lose any sleep recommending this Hotel to others. Enjoy

We had no issues during our stay, so happy to report there was nothing we did not like

The hotel is in a great location. Cros just one tiny street and you are on the beach. The rooms are freshly renovated with all kinds of tech enhancements. Comfortable beds, awesome shower, and great lighting. The cleaning crew was very professional and efficient. The room had toiletries, a hair dryer, a Nespresso machine, a fridge, robes, and hangers. Our room was with partial sea view, which was very nice. The breakfast was a tasty mixture of local and continental food. Very often we sat at the lobby bar, which was just fantastic! Great cocktails and tasty food are guaranteed!

It was hard to communicate with the personnel at the reception desk because most of them did not understand and speak nighter English or French. The hotel does not have a closed beach, so if you want to have sunbeds and umbrellas you will need to pay.

room the A/C the light in the room - one of the only hotels I've stayed in that had such perfect light. Also very good soundproof. Dinner was also o.k. with a verity. but as I read in another review - could be heated The staff - very nice

1. the pool is very small can't really swim. not open before 10:oo so if you want towels for the sea - a problem 2. Breakfast - the cold meat not of a fine kind/ for me - not very much to choose from 3. No entertainment at the hotel although fully booked and they also don't write what is on in the town. 4. there wasn't a note saying the capsules cost 1.80 each from the first day. from a review I read I learnt that after the first . filling they charge - but no - if you use a capsule -you have to pay. no Other form of coffee was given.

My partner and I stayed here for 2 nights as we booked last minute after being evacuated from south of the island due to wildfires. We were more than happy with the room it was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. The staff at reception were lovely and the hotel location is in a perfect spot for access to the beach and also to walk around the town. We would stay again and recommend this hotel as for what we paid we were more than happy with the level of service and our room.

If you have hired a car you may struggle to find a parking space close by as there is no car park just on street parking. I don’t recommend booking this hotel for the pool as it was below average in terms of size and quality for this hotel. We had breakfast included which again was below average for this hotel. I cannot comment on evening meals as we didn’t try the food. There was a selection at breakfast but it wasn’t anything too exciting.

We were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a Sea View suite. The location is fantastic. It is across the road from a great beach and only a short 10 minute walk back into the main town. We added daily breakfast to our stay and it was a great decision. There are plenty of other dining options around and lots to see and do. The staff we great and our stay was excellent. They even prepared some breakfast packs for us as we had a 4.00 am transfer to the airport. We were glad we chose this Hotel.
