We liked our first room, it was big, it had 2 toilets/showers. large balcony with great view. We had to change a room in the middle of our stay, and second room wasnt as good. Breakfasts was great, we especially liked breakfast in the room. Room has washer machine which is great and convinient if you stay for long. Personal is great. We liked uour stay in Rhodes and we will come back for sure and will definately consider staying in this hotel.

We had problem with air conditioning in our first room, so after they tried to fix it for a few days and failed, they offered us to change a room. Second room was also big but not as good as the first one. But AC worked there, and we decided to stay in that room.

Exceptional friendly staff, this was by far the best customer service we have had in a hotel, they were so welcoming and attentive it felt like we were the only guests, they really went out their way. The breakfast was out of this world, they are very accommodating and let you pick and choose from the menu to suit you. The view from the suite was breathtaking and the balcony was huge, the suite was very spacious with very comfy beds. The private pool on the roof top was amazing. The hotel is located in one of the best locations and not far to walk to the old town. We cannot wait to come back !

Everything was perfect, the view was amazing, the location was very good, the room was big and cleaned twice a day, and the service was at a very high level. Special thanks to the manager, an amazing person who thinks about every detail! We felt like home.

If I have to be picky, perhaps the breakfast lacks a bit of variety. The hotel has many varieties of eggs prepared in different ways, but for people who don't like eggs, the choice is not that big. For example, milk with muesli and other healthy and diet foods can be added.

location, view, comfortable bed, wonderful service, good food, washing machine, plenty of closed storage for clothes and other things overall we had a very wonderful stay, it seems like I wrote more about what I didn’t like, but these are very small suggestions that would really take it to the next level. I do want to call out one example of the service level - my husband broke the button on one of the two pairs of shorts he had with them. It’s more of a rivet style, so not something that can be easily fixed with the provided sewing kit in the room. We took them downstairs to ask if they knew of a clothing repair shop nearby, but instead, housekeeping was able to repair the shorts and place them back in our room - really incredible service!

as a tea drinker, I would’ve preferred options apart from Lipton bag tea at such a high-end place. some things in the room were broken - the speaker and part of one of the showers come to mind. having a washing machine was fantastic, but it would’ve been nice to have a small drying rack each bathroom had only one hook, and no hooks elsewhere in the suite - it would be great to have some hooks near the door for hats and bags, and I think 1-2 additional hooks in each bathroom. the A/C is underpowered, no problem during May but could be rough in, say, July/August

In one word: WOW The team of the hotel is so perfect, they help with everything. Especially Nikos the receptionist, kind and attentive. Caterina is the manager, she will welcome you with open arms and help you with everything you need! We are totally going back there, worth every penny, and the breakfast is amazing! There is also an option to order to the room. Their orange juice is so fresh and delicious, The team will always welcome you with a smile. Thank you for the best vacation!

There is really nothing to say. We have never left a hotel so satisfied.

From the minute you walk in, you are made to feel welcome and it sets the experience for the rest of your holiday. A shout out to Nico who completed our meet and greet and who we got to know well during our stay, nothing was too much trouble. All the staff were lovely and are a real credit to the hotel. Great location right on the beach and within walking distance of shops, bars, restaurants and the old town. The view from the room was wonderful and the sunsets amazing ( it can get a bit windy on the balcony) Having the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms worked really well for us and the appartment was spacious and had everything we needed. Both the beach towels, bath towels and robes are of a really good quality and were replaced regularly. The beds were exceptionally comfortable with good quality bed linen. Breakfast was lovely and we were able to have it delivered to the room or go to the dinning room, a special shout out to Dimitri on the breakfast service, he was so calm and professional. The Service overall was exceptional, you could book the roof top pool out for a 2 hour slot (again very windy) which was great and we were able to utilise these facilities on the day we left as we were on a night flight. We would definately stay here again, infact it helped to make our holiday very special. Thank you

We had a perfect stay. The staff were exceptionally helpful and kind. Always one step ahead of our needs. The breakfast was the best we ever had in a hotel. We had a family suite, which was very comfortable and had all the amenities you can think of. We booked the heated swimming pool just for us for two hours, which was a treat. And the staff offered us to book it again the evening on the day we were leaving, after checking out so we could refresh before our night flight. Definitely recommend it and personally look forward to visiting again soon.

the staff are outstanding especially Nikos who went above and beyond to deliver unprecedented customer service. The breakfast service was excellent with courteous and efficient service by mr. dimitri and theodorou. the location in Rhodes town is great with easy access to tons of restaurants. the rooms are incredible for a family and the beds extremely comfortable. the swimming pool area is immaculate and comfortable. just a fabulous property overall.

Beautiful location, stay and service. The late manager - Nikos was amazing. From the very beginning was extremely welcoming and helpful. Our initial flight lost our luggages, Nikos tried to call the airport and overall provided a lot of helpful info. Loved loved the breakfast, def recommend the option to get breakfast in your room. The location was awesome about 20 minute walk from old town, across from the beach and about 25 minutes drive to the airport.

Really don’t have a lot to complain. the beach across the street always had large waves but if you walk about 100 meters the water calms down.

Super efficient management team and staff who really make you feel completely welcome. Exceptional facilities in the hotel with a spotlessly clean well equipped suite, with a great view across the sea to the Turkish coastline and the beautiful sunsets. The breakfast was delicious, with an extensive menu to suit all tastes. Because we had a late evening flight the hotel management kindly allowed us to use the pool and changing facilities after we checked out. They also provided a gift of local produce; a really considerate gesture which really added to a fabulous stay.
