Very good location and value for money. Nice restaurant downstairs. Good air con. Very nice and helpful staff.

Didn't get the apartment which was shown in the advertisement when booking side sea view...would have liked the balcony with the chairs/table to have had the view of the sea rather than the side street.

Excellent hotel with central Rhodos town location. Great modern and clean room - nice design and decor. Good bathroom with shower and kitchen corner with fridge. Good well planned breakfast.

The location is great, close to the old town and beside 2 beaches. The room was huge and it was fantastic to have a private jacuzzi on the massive balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful though I would have liked more of a variety in bread options.

The jacuzzi hadn't been cleaned properly and didn't seem to work on my first night there. There were no instructions for using the jacuzzi. I pointed this our at breakfast and the jacuzzi was cleand and working the following day. A robe would have been good to put on when getting out of the jacuzzi. Beside the room was some kind of fan or generator which could be heard in the room so there was always a bit of background noise. There was an electric stovetop in the room but it couldn't be used as there were no pans or cooking utensils.

Location, very comfortable beds, nice and new furniture, a lot of closet space, beautiful and big balcony

1 pillow on each bed extremely was thin. Impossible to use while watching TV or reading. It was not clear in the description that the jacuzzi is public for all guests to use, that it is located on the first floor with only 3 rooms having direct access. Our room (101) had sea view and street view right above the restaurant. In the morning we woke up with cigarette smoke coming into the room. This is really a pity for such a beautiful cosy boutique hotel.

The room was huge. Great shower. Very comfortable bed. Nice balcony. Good outside seating area on the first floor. Friendly reception staff. Good location near the sea and plenty of shops.

I arranged a taxi through the hotel and after waiting for a while, I got a message and had to go and find the driver outside departures rather than arrivals at the airport. The breakfast was a bit underwhelming: flies around the fresh fruit and I had to ask for milk to go with the cereal. The kitchenette was minimal: 2 sets of cutlery and crockery, 1 pan, hob and fridge

The room was clean, the beds are comfortable, the air conditioning units are modern & quiet. The free Wifi was very good (best we found on our time in Rhodes) The large safe allowed me to leave my Tablet passports boarding passes ect safely locked in the room. The staff at this property are superb. My Wife and I preferred a thinner pillow and 2 were found for us immediately when requested. We spent some of our time at the nearby (50m away) Elli Beach. We had some high winds one day and discovered the Hotel has a fabulous Hot tub Jacuzzi on the 1st floor with sun loungers which was very sheltered from the wind. A real sun trap! Walking to the Old town is possible for those who like a good walk, but the Medieval town is quite a hike on its own so maybe take a taxi to the Entrance. The Reception will phone a taxi for you. Eating out in the evening is very easy from the Island boutique. There are so many places to grab a drink and eat fantastic food locally. "Louis" Down the street cooked the most amazing chicken and mushroom Tagliatelle I've ever had.

Great Hotel. I'd stay again!

Great location that was easy walking to the beach and old town. Breakfast has a good variety including eggs and yogurt. Friendly and helpful staff. The restaurants downstairs (My Thai and Nisos) were also good for lunch and dinner.

The bed was a bit soft. We chose to go in the winter and were a bit surprised how many restaurants and shops were closed. Seemed like more than other islands we have visited. Waiting to visit after April would give more choices. We still had a wonderful, relaxing stay

The location of the hotel was great, so close to the beach and old town it was the best of both worlds. Even though we came in the winter months, they still put on a breakfast spread which included fruits, cooked meats, eggs, sausages and a lot of pastries. But the best thing of all was the staff. From the start of our week-long stay right up until the very end, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and we were always greeted with a smile. They went above and beyond, even on our last day to help arrange a car to rent when they didn’t have any available. Our room was cleaned pretty much daily, amenities restocked and towels provided. The restaurant located in the hotel served some really good food, and again the staff were incredible and always so polite and friendly. Honestly I cannot fault the service we received.

If I had to be picky, we didn’t feel like the room was completely soundproof. I think this was due to the marble flooring and the fact the door didn’t completely meet the ground. But aside from that, we couldn’t have asked for any better.

The room was well equipped and the large bed was comfortable. Maid service was daily and efficient. Breakfast choice was extensive. The restaurant offered a very varied menu and food quality was very good. Situated in a nice position at the north end of the town with extensive local beaches and 20 minutes walk from the old town.

The junior suite had a large balcony with jacuzzi, but it was shared with other rooms.

Location. Thought would be noisy at night but was surprisingly quiet. Huge comfortable bed, big modern shower. Clean, fresh sheets and towels every day, very clean hotel. Lovely friendly reception staff.
