The rooms were very nice, clean and spacious. The staff were very nice and friendly.l Very helpful when we had questions about going into the city. They suggested we take a taxi. They even call the taxi for you. This hotel is outside the city. Thessaloniki is very crowded any busy. Parking anywhere in the city is almost impossible. We took a taxi when we needed to go into the city for sightseeing and dining.

The room we booked did come with breakfast. The thing I did not like about the breakfast is that there was no variety. It was the exact same breakfast every morning. A toasted turkey and cheese sandwich, coffee/tea, juice, a sweet bun and a yogurt.

The location is perfect if you are traveling with the car. The parking is private, free and in front of the door. Compliment to reception. Both receptionists were friendly and honest. We really appreciate 2 things: 1. Good and reliable information about restaurant in the area. 2. We were checking out very early when the breakfast time wasn’t started yet. However, the receptionist offered the breakfast as takeaway and gave us a bag with sandwiches, yoghurts, juices and fresh coffee to go at 5 am in the morning. He could just say nothing but he did the opposite. We really appreciated it. Especially because the first upcoming gas station was 45 min away and it would be a terrible start of journey without coffee first. So thanks.

Very good value for money. Comfortable bed, clean rooms. We stayed for only 1 night as we were heading to Kefalonia, had breakfast and it was all right. The staff is amazing, very helpful and quick to assist. It was all right for what we needed.

The bathrooms are quite outdated, the shower curtains and the bathtub were not in the greatest shape. No ventilation or window so it was quite hot/ damp. The towels smelled like mold.. most likely due to the high humidity.

The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. It was well situated for our purpose which was to get to Lefkada. We spent two nights here a few days apart. On the first night we came after a 12 hour drive and there are some restaurants within 10minutes with the car. The second time we wanted to also visit Thessaloniki so we took a taxi from the hotel(there is a problem with parking spaces in the city) and back( around 12euro per trip).

Excellent hotel, large, clean room. The hotel staff is very kind! We were informed that our flight was a day earlier than planned and we had to check out earlier. The hotel staff made an effort to check and refund us the cost for the night despite the late cancellation. It is highly recommended!!

Very polite, helpfull and kind staff. Good breakfast, ready to take away if convenient for guests. Good room size and location apropiate for transit stays. Overall good stay.

Some of the rooms we rented (there were five in total) had really strong bad smell, like old furniture or cigarrets smoke. Also the baths were not properly cleaned in all rooms.

We booked the last room available and we have received one on the ground floor that was very well equipped for disable persons, which was nice to see. The room was clean and the bed very large and comfortable. The stuff was also very nice.

The furniture looks a bit old fashion and wormed off. The water was leaking out of the shower and it created a big pond in the bathroom. There was no shampoo available, only body wash placed in a recipient on the wall.

The breakfast was served on terrace, with prepared fresh hot sandwiches (delicious) and coffee, tea, Orange juice, cold water. It was very nice and thanks to the staff, almost the same as it was in good old times. Personnel was as always helpful and very kind. Very clean and worry free hotel.

It was not so quiet in the room 217 as it was in other rooms before. I believe we heard some AC compressor or similar machine working all night.

The WIFI was good, there was plenty of parking spaces and it was comfortable overall. Breakfast seemed all pre-packaged and it is not a buffet-type but it wasn’t bad

The location is a fair distance from the city proper. I think there is a bus route close to it but I had a car so it wasn’t a problem for me

Great for a place to stay in transit. Clean room, enough space for 2 people. Parking right in front of the hotel. Kind personal. Great for the price point.

The bathroom could be improved, the shower is leaking everywhere on the floor.
