The location was great if you come to thessaloniki by train, to the center it is 20min walk. Love the breakfast very nutritial and everything you would really need and want. The room was spacious and the shower had really good pressure. Everyday you get everything new in the room from towels to coffe.

The noise at night can be heard from the outside quite a lot even tho we stayed in the top floor.

The hotel staff was very pleasant and accommodating, allowing us to check in earlier than expected. The breakfast was delicious and diverse. Additionally, the location was great - within walking distance of all the major landmarks in the city.

The water pressure for bathing is a bit lower, and the temperature fluctuates while you're taking a shower. There are not enough hooks to hang things in the bathroom.

Room was quite spacious and clean. Breakfast was really nice, they serve traditional greek items like bougatsa and some other traditional items, as well as classics like eggs, bread and so on. Location is quite good, most interesting things are in walking distance. Rooms were cleaned twice during our 3 days stay.

The only major downside is the thin windows that face the street - it was rather loud even late at night because the room faces the street. This is probably not an issue if you get a room that faces the back of the hotel.

This was a third time we stayed in this hotel, and always in the summer. Breakfast was very good. The air-cond. in the room was very good, since the outside temp. was around 35. Location of the hotel for us was ok, because we don't mind walking up the hill. Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly and we got a parking place in front of the hotel.

The noise from the main road. The parkng is 10 min walk, almost not possible to find another option. We stayed over only for 1 night - but paying 14 euro every day for those who stay longer - an expesive option AFAIK

Nice, sunny, clean, and enough big room. The location is not in the heart of Thessaloniki, but in the very center and just a 10-minute walk to Aristo Square or several minutes walk to shopping and nightlife streets. Breakfast is nice and quite sufficient for a city hotel

We don't have any serious complaint

We received a complementary room upgrade upon arrival which was really nice. Staff was very friendly, facilities were great, the room was big and clean. Only downsize is that sometimes parking can be challenging. Center, Aristotle Sq, Ladadika, Tsimiski were very close on foot. Highly recommended - would stay again there.

1. Location (not far for walk to Aristotelous square) 2. Room is well equipped 3. Beautiful lobby, elevators 4. Breakfast was simple, but enough (my opinion). 5. Parking: there were 2-3 free places in front of the hotel - but I think it is because of end of January.

1. Little bit noisy (the noise was from outside street) 2. Winter heating is by air-conditioning. But floor of the room is made of marble, so it's felt cold when you arrive to your room.

It is a classic 4 star hotel in the center of thessaloniki, people must start to shot down the accommodations like Airbnb that started as a cheep accomodation and now you find them expensive with offering nothing more than sleeping, a hotel has always it's value!

Variety of breakfast options, big rooms , location relative close to city center, warm and helpful staff!

Only that toilet fun in our room was not working properly, notified reception hopely they will fix it. cleanses of room could be better.
