The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean and the air con amazing and very needed. The walk into the city centre was fairly straightforward (10 mins) with convenience stores and a bakery nearby. This was a late booking as we booked an apartment somewhere else that wasn't suitable and had to leave after arrival at that property. We booked this room 30 mins before showing up, and the staff were amazing and saw that we were stressed and tired after a long day travelling and then having to depart our original accommodation. 100% recommended without any hesitation whatsoever!

Quite central. Staff were helpful in finding solutions to issue with air conditioning (A/C were not yet operational at the end of March, although it was 24 degrees celsius). However, the staff first offered other rooms with better ventilation, and then contacted the management and they managed to switch on the A/C for us.

Room was small and stuffy (no proper ventilation). No shower curtain/glass (so bathroom gets wet). Very low water pressure in shower. No kettle provided. Parking is very difficult in the area... very narrow streets. Not recommended if you have your own car.

Our stay at Telioni Hotel was great! Staff was very friendly, helpful and genial, we'd like to thank them a lot! The hotel is in a pretty good location, we walked everywhere we wanted to see. Our room was clean, housekeeping replaced our towels with clean ones everyday. We'd highly recommend this place to stay in Thessaloniki.

Unfortunately there wasn't a cabin or curtain in the shower so the ground gets wet. But it dried until we come back so we didn't mind.

Angie and Nick are helpful and assets to the hotel that served us well in English. Angie allowed us to check in early that day. Location is about 15 minutes walk to the train station and about 10.minutes the the closest bus stop. Buffet breakfast starts at 7 am. Air conditioner and wifi work fairly well in the nice clean room. Best value through booking.com.

There are about 5 steps we need to climb to the elevator. No kettle, no free bottle water.

Very spacious room. The whole hotel is very clean. Wi-Fi was very fast for general internet browsing and watching videos (I didn't measure the actual speed). Although it might look like the hotel is on a busy road, it is not noisy.

Bit of a walk away from many of the city's attractions (but the trade off is that you are close to the bus/train station). Despite that, I'd stay here again because of the positives.

We only stayed one night on our way to Macedonia. But we liked the hotel enough that I can see us staying longer if needed. Friendly staff, good breakfast, nice clean rooms, wifi is good as well.

The location isn't bad but isn't great either. The good thing is it is in the middle of the city and there are plenty of eating and shopping options nearby. But it is neither close to the waterfront nor close to the train station. I think it's perfect for anyone who is driving or uses a cab, not so much for those who walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. When our air conditioning stopped working, they solved the problem immediately. The room was simple but it met our expectations.

Noise; the air conditioning, bathroom fan, and street were noisy. In the bathroom, there was no rod for the showerhead, so you had to hold the showerhead while taking a shower. A bit uncomfortable.

Everything was perfect. The room and hotel in general was very clean. Location also very good. 5 min walk away from the center and close to the central bus station.Strong Wi-Fi signal. Big TV. A/C was working perfectly. Lastly but most importantly, the reception guy was very polite and helpful to the questions I had regarding the bus routes close to the hotel. I recommend it without any doubts.

The shower mixer was not working properly. I informed the reception on the way out. Pretty sure they sent a handyman already.

The bed was very hard, I personally prefer a bed which is a little softer. The shower had no curtain or thing where you could hang the head so the entire bathroom got wet when taking a shower.

I received a warm welcome from the beginning. Fantastic staff, they offered me a double bed with no extra charge, and allowed me to take it at 09:00! Great breakfast, perfect location. A comfortable room, definitely will take it for my future trips.

The bath should have a curtain and the shower should have a hanger.
