Location is good, at decent walking distance from the city center. The neighborhood is quiet and seems safe, the room was exceptionally clean, very comfortable and well equipped with modern furniture and appliances. There is a lounge room, a gym and laundromats available too. The host, Eleni, was extremely nice and helpful.

There is no parking at the building, and as much as I appreciate the efforts made by the residence to offer an option to park the car in a garage nearby, the garage itself is rather dirty and precarious. In fact, this is the only reason for which I rated it with 9 out of 10 stars. Everything else is wonderful.

We stayed this hotel one night. A very clean facility. Our room was very useful. It was wide enough. You feel the cleanliness as soon as you enter the hotel. I didn't use the kitchen, but it was spotless. The bathroom and toilet were very clean. I can say that the reception staff are excellent. They help with everything. I would like to thank them once again for their helpfulness and friendliness. The location is in the city center, but 15 minutes walking distance to the beach and the square. It can be a bit challenging in the heat, but if you want to take a taxi, it only costs around 4 euros. It is difficult to find parking around the hotel, but they direct you to a private parking lot on the side street for 20 euros per day.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming hotel in Thessaloniki during our brief visit to the beautiful city. From the moment we entered the lobby, we were immediately struck by the cleanliness and elegance of the hotel. The room was immaculately maintained, with modern amenities and a comfortable bed that provided us with a restful night's sleep. One of the highlights of our stay was the convenient parking arrangement, located just 40 meters away from the entrance. This made it incredibly easy for us to come and go as we pleased, without having to worry about the hassle of finding a parking spot. The staff at the hotel were not only professional and efficient, but also warm and welcoming. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as pleasant as possible, always ready to assist us with any questions or requests we had. Overall, our experience at this hotel in Thessaloniki was just perfect for our one night stay. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and conveniently located accommodation in this bustling city.

Great staff. Friendly and to the point, couldn’t be any better! The safety of the outside door is good with a solid locking and unlocking mechanism. The room was perfect with a luxurious look and feel to it. 2 small bottles of water inside the fridge when arrived, a good kitchen with everything you could need such as a nespresso coffee machine, toaster, boiler. Also, one smart tv in the living room and a second one in the bedroom, both having netflix accounts ready. Steadily fast wi-fi, nice heating inside the rooms, comfortable bed and sofa. Big bathroom which had a hairdryer and shampoo, also really good.

The location is weird as you don’t feel very safe, many strange people living or passing by the area. Had 2 spiders in one night, but maybe because of the wooden ceiling of our room on the top floor, which came way too low leading to accidentally hitting the head a few times, nothing serious. Last but not least, the price depending when you book, in our case it was 30 euros cheaper than a 5-star hotel with free parking on a better location, but we wanted this one for 1 night.

the best thing about this place is the extremely kind and helpful staff. the rooms are compact but they make good use of space. the kitchen is well equipped (there’s even an ibrik to make traditional Greek coffee - a nice touch) and there’s washing machines and dryers in the common area downstairs.

no soundproofing! you can hear literally everything from the neighbouring room/ hallway area. one night somebody was having a party in the building next door and it was unbelievably loud. also, if you’re coming by car, there’s a paid parking garage 2 streets away, but unloading your luggage is inconvenient because the residence is located on a narrow one way street with barriers. so you have to either block the road to unload your luggage or try to find a place on another street to leave your car in order to get the garage door opener.

The hotel is new, they offer everything it is like a home. Fully equipped kitchen. Even they have toaster. Close to sea wide by walking

The only negative aide is about car parking. They cooperate with a car parking company. We paid 15 euros per night. Parking area is 300 meters to hotel. The road in front of the hotel is one way and narrow, there is not an available spot to stop the car and take out the luggages. If you are coming alone you have to carry your luggages from parking area to hotel because there is not always someone at the reception who can help you.

Excellent, courteous and friendly staff like Aria and Helen. Clean and big room with cooking utensils, large basement floor with tv and comfortable lounge, a computer and printer, small gymnasium, kitchen with free flow of coffee, cookies but best of all washing machines and dryers. It’s located in a quiet street but close to the city square. Best place i have stayed in all my 5 weeks travel.
