Firstly, the apartment 23 in which we stayed last weekend was incredibly clean, including the bedding and towels. The cleanest apartment we've ever been in, for sure. Literally we were amazed by its cleanes. The faucets were like mirrors. The apartment is very spacious and has all the utilities that you need even for a longer stay. The location is great, only 10 minutes walk to the main landmarks in the city center. As we can say for apartment 23, all the negative comments we've read are only hate comments and nothing else. The receptionist Ms Sophia was so kind and helpful in every meaning of these words. She helped us with every information we needed and was always ready with her smiling face to answer all the questions we had. This apartment 23 will be our only future choice for a stay in Thessaloniki. Nothing to dislike.

Big and clean apartment, on location in the center. 2 bedrooms with double beds and a coach in the leaving room, so it would be suitable even for 5 people

phenomenal apartments. Polis Apartments is for sure the best in value for money we ever got. They have everything you need for a short or long stay. We stayed one night, but honestly we could stay here for a month. As a stop of a longer trip we were positively surprised to see a washing machine in the apartment. The location is great, just 15 min walk to Ladadika, the historical center and the city's port and promenade (paraliaki). Parking around the area was easy to find within a reasonable 10 min walk radius. Will be definitely staying here again!

A minor thing I can think of is the elevator internal doors which fold as they close, so if you stay to close to the corner of the opposite door it feels like you will get stuck within them.

We were 4 adults and stayed for one night in the apartment on the fourth floor, the building has a safe elevator (compared to other buildings in Thessaloniki). It was very spacious, clean and comfortable with a nice outdoor balcony. Very close to the main streets and some nice restaurants and about a 15 minute walk to the port if you need to catch a ferry. Excellent communication with the staff before arrival and Yiota at the reception was very friendly and helpful during the check in process.

Apartment is big and very clean. They provided us better room with balcony city view, instead of garden view, which is very nice. Staff is really kind. We payed parking 12 euroes per day at private garage, 100 meters from Polis. There is small kitchen, but with everything you need. Location is great, just like max 10 minutes walking down to the centre and sea. Across street there is supermarket and near by so many bakeries and coffee shops. We will come back for sure

All the things at polis apartments is very nice, its so many times that we stay there , except this time recepcionist girl was not welcoming.!

Recepsionist girl was not welcoming. Eventhough that the road was blocked from construction that was going, she didnt send us at least one mail to inform that we cant drive on that road, we spent one hour inside thessaloniki to arrive to hotel , and we were with infant babies, she said that its not her problem and she didnt do the construction and she got upset when se were asking her why at least we didnt get one email to know, at least we would go to the parking direclty and not stuck in the trafic because of this . Our sugesstion when we checked out to her was at least u can smile, she didnt do also that smile. So we will recomend to smile her and be more welcoming to anyone who comes as a guest at hotel.

Very clean and spacious and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown and restaurants and pier. The receptionist was helpful and friendly. It all went smoothly. The neighborhood looks questionable but always felt safe. They even have a place to park your car for small daily amount.

Very clean! As you get into the apartment you get o lovely smell of clean and fresh which made my stay very pleasant. Facilities all covered. Extra pillows extra duvet.

It is on a road which was a bit noisy but not too much, not in a way that made it unpleasant.

I loved the location, the cleaning on demand, as well as the kindness of the staff. They have free lockers for customers on the last day. They made every effort to make our stay more pleasant.

Some noise, but considering the location, that is to be expected.
