I booked the Signature Suite and the room was exceptional! The room was very spacious and the bed was very comfortable! The bathroom was modern with dark colours and had a bath and a shower. The Cloud Bar which is situated on the 8th floor was one of my favourite parts of the hotel: there was a small swimming pool with views of the old city of Thessaloniki and Thessaloniki port to the other side, there were comfortable sun beds and there was a nice bar with a variety of cocktails to suit one’s taste. The breakfast was delicious with lots of options and the staff members were very polite and helpful. I was mostly impressed with how technologically smart the hotel is which makes it suitable for young millennials such as me.

I would have preferred if my room had a balcony but overall I couldn’t complain.

Very helpful staff at welcome desk and some nice funky features throughout the hotel. Very good but reasonably priced food from two restaurants. Lovely roof top bar/restaurant. Wireless speaker in room.

The high tech features didn’t work so well - the app wouldn’t download to my iPhone; the control tablet in the room was dim and hard to read; the wall buttons for lighting were confusing; my bill on the TV and tablet was totally incorrect but everything was fine when I settled up so there was a glitch somewhere in the system. And bizarrely I had to ask for the hotel wifi password. A small PRINTED guide in the room would help or much better information on the first page of that tablet in bigger print. Finally, I wish the roof top restaurant would sell the downstairs food and not be limited to the Japanese menu (excellent though it is)

Very very good selection for food at the breakfast, but also the possibility to have an any time a very nice selection of different dishes. Cocktails and fresh drinks are very well made, in the lobby and at the rooftop bar. Extremely helpful staff, even if they had disappointed news, I hadn't reserve a parking but they very nicely gave me a perfect alternative. Rooms are very modern and stylish.

If there is something to 'complain' about it would be the size of the room. We stayed 2 night so were very lightly packed but for a longer stay I would recommend a bigger room than the standard one. The location is somewhat on the outside of the center, but not a problem if you take a taxi, just so you know the taxi's count 4€ extra if the hotel calls for you.

A quirky, upscale hotel with an edgy vibe, complemented by quirky, friendly staff and eclectic menu (food and drink). Breakfast was a good, standard selection of buffet items that was more than enough to set you up for the day. Particularly enjoyed the roof top area for catching some sun, a dip in plunge pool and evening cocktails. A great start to my trip and would gladly go back for another visit. Just a bit further out of the centre than I thought - but noticed this more due to how hot it was...with a more regular temperature, the walk would have been fine.

The room was really clean and they have thought about the end user in depth. Very comfortable, spacious and very friendly/ helpful staff who always have a positive can-do attitude. Rooftop bar food was great and the drinks were enjoyable. Would highly recommend and very good considering the price. Location is a short walk from the ‘happening area’ but nice to be just on the outskirts of a busy area as it’s provides for a quieter stay.

Pool was small but served it’s job.

I rarely give entirely positive reviews, but the hotel indeed exceeded all my expectations! The staff was extremely friendly, they allowed us to check in two hours early as we arrived earlier than expected. The rooms were extremely clean and had all the amenities. The hotel is within walking distance of downtown and nice shops, bars and restaurants. I certainly recommend it and would stay there again!

I really liked everything and have no complaints! My only recommendation would be to change and clean the pool water more often.

We looked for a good hotel next to the Railway station since our bus to Bulgaria lives from there. The hotel is very modern- actually I will stay again just to try their music and DJ rooms. Comfortable "Hilton-quality" beds and pillows. Open-able windows. Wonderful breakfast. We couldn't swim in the pool on the rooftop, it was raining, but we loved the roof bar. The rooms were excellent and modern, we couldn't hear any noise from neighbors or from the street. The staff just perfect.

At first, I felt like I stepped in the future- I have never been in smart hotel before and took about one hour to adjust, that I can open the curtains with my phone for example, but actually I loved everything in this place.

The location was okay, a 20min walk to the Aristotelous Square. The room was clean and spacious for two. The amenities were very high tech. It was very nice overall.

The breakfast. While there were some things that we enjoyed, we were disappointed that some items were not refilled when they ran out. Additionally, we were hoping to have eggs for breakfast (duh), but we were not asked how we wanted them cooked, like the majority do ask even though they may not be a 5 star hotel, they only had boiled eggs and scrambled eggs (which were finished by the time we went). Overall, I think the breakfast could be improved with a more personalized approach to serving guests.

Right next to the train station (but there’s nothing next to the train station building so it’s about 5 mins walk to the station entrance), very friendly and helpful staff, smart controlled room, reasonably priced room service, “normal” vending machine with €1 bottles of water, a playground floor with gym and half basketball court, and an overall great vibe. I arrived super early (around 10 am) and was not only given a room already but a doubly upgraded one (two ranks above what I’ve booked). What a great surprise!!

There may have been some younger guests near my rooms, but over both nights I stayed, there were chattering, giggling, and banging of doors past midnight, and somebody in the room next door singing on the top of her lungs at 5am… A very cheerful hotel, to say the least

The hotel was a paradise for our children. We could hardly remove them from the playing room and the basketball court. Staff was super hospitable and beds were really comfy. We even had a bed for our dog. We liked our options for breakfast and the bar food was very satisfying.

The only thing that we were bothered about was the lack of hanging/storage space for our towels and wardrobe. We managed, but the room looked extra messy.
