We had a fantastic stay, we arrived late due to a delayed flight but had used the taxi booking service the hotel had recommended so we were greeted and taken straight to the hotel. Upon arrival we were offered a room upgrade which was gratefully received. The room was lovely and spacious and very comfortable. There was bottled water and coffee. The bar area was lovely and reasonably priced. Great location and we walked to the old city and along the waterfront. Although we didn't eat in or nearby the hotel there were a lot of restaurant options easily available. The breakfast was really great and I loved that it was an all day option which meant there was no pressure to be there a certain time. The food was delicious with lots of options. The main thing I loved about the hotel was the staff. They were all incredibly friendly, helpful and made our stay very welcoming. If I was in the area I would definetely stay here again.

Ah! Breakfast........ I've never known a hotel to offer its breakfast across 24 hours!!! Not just a limited menu, but a full breakfast. In one case, we had to set off early to get the coach to Meteora (a must visit for anyone in Thessaloniki), and arrived back, quite hungry, and ready for a big breakfast, at 10pm. Very friendly staff, very helpful. We had thunderstorms for a couple of days, but were able to borrow hotel full-sized umbrellas to ward off the torrential rain.

Very little. TV was a bit limited for English language stations, or perhaps more accurately "BBC News" limits itself. Managed to see Manchester City win the Champions League on another station!

- Breakfast is superb with a large variety to choose from and you can order as much as you like from the menu. Moreover, it is literally served around the clock. - The location is next to the center and most of the attractions are within a walking distance. Since it is not located right at the center of the city, it is easier to get to/from it with a car. - The staff are very friendly and helpful and the room service is very quick

- Room facing the street was a bit noisy at times - Air condition is controlled from the Room but you can't switch from heating to cooling or vise-versa since this is controlled centrally. - Minibar with paid items - many good hotels are moving away from this and leave the minibar empty or re-fill it without charge.

The room, the staff and the location of the hotel exceeded my expectations. The restaurant is a must-try. I honestly had one of the best tagliata of my life. Bonus: The free use of the jacuzzi and sauna.

Even though the restaurant has amazing food the breakfast did not meet my expectations. It was not as tasty as I expected it to be comparing it to my experience from dinner the night before. The omelet, the poached eggs and the pies were very average. I appreciate the fact that the customers order breakfast from the menu, as food waste is avoided but the service in the morning is a bit slow for someone who needs to have a quick breakfast and go to work. Nevertheless, I will 100% return to the hotel as I believe they have great chances to progress.

The staff at the front desk are so warm and keen to help make your stay exceptional! The two ladies in the morning shift were very accommodating and friendly. This was my third time staying at the hotel. They offer great breakfast and a few nice lunch/ dinner options. The interior aesthetic is calming and modern. Great location, walkable distance to popular centre spots. Great value for money!

Compared to my previous stays, the everyday room cleaning service seemed downgraded. On our second day the room was clearly very rushed made. They didn't put hand towels like the first day. The cleaning ladies only made the sheets and the duvet but left the decorative pillows and throw on the floor (we had to place them on the bed). They didn't replaced our water glasses either and the minibar used to get refilled the other times but this time, only water bottles were replaced. I spoke with the front desk when we first noticed all the above. The lady was very accommodating and arranged for clean glasses and hand towels to be positioned in our room but the next day the cleaning ladies again left the room in the same state.

For breakfast an ample choice of quality food and coffees, quickly served by highly attentive staff - and no need to get up early: Breakfast time ends at 11 p.m. (yes, p.m.). Highly attentive staff also at the Reception desk. A nice surprise: On arrival (I had booked 3 nights) I received a voucher for a 30 minutes massage, done very professionally. Another plus is the proximity to the lively Ladadika district, the seashore and countless shops on Tsimski street. Included in the price was the transport by taxi from Thessaloniki airport.

A very minor, breakfast-related issue: There could be a somewhat bigger variety of fresh juices to choose from.

Nice decorated rooms, comfortable beds. The wi-fi was reliable.

The breakfast was good without being extraordinary. However, it was á la carte and it wasn’t enough personnel to deal with the flow of people. It took more than 10 minutes to take the order and 20 more for having the meal on the table. This is unacceptable when you have a business trip and not so much time to spend in the morning. I couldn’t enjoy breakfast much since I was in a rush. Next day I skipped the ordeal and did not have breakfast.

The hotel is actually very good and modern, but this somo in itself does not make it enough to meet my perception of a five star hotel. Moreover, 100 meters down I have stayed in a five star /old style/ hotel, where you can really feel the spirit of comfort and luxury. I would recommend, as for a five-star hotel, to include in the price of the room and the parking lot in the first place, so that it can really be said that you have a parking lot, as well as the use of the additional services of the spa center, which definitely give you the categorization, perhaps! I have no complaints about the staff, they are all perfect. The room is also very good, comfortable enough and wide. Rather, my remark refers to the commercial way of marketing and management in the present case. I don't like the idea that they offer you a five-star hotel and you have to pay extra for everything. Because if it is only for bed and breakfast, it turns out that you are in a three plus or four star hotel for the price of a five star hotel.

Perfect stay for a weekend escape. The hotel from outside was not anything so impressive but as soon as you enter from the front door then the real value comes. The whole place from the rooms to the open spaces like bar, kitchen etc are very stylish and new. The personnel is very friendly, the breakfast is truly exception with a whole menu to choose from. There are maybe 30+ possible things to eat & drink for breakfast. The room was cleaned 2 times a day. All in all, a very good value for money.

Nothing was really negative during our stay, only the second day of our stay.. the spa was not working for some reason that we never understood.
