The room is the cheapest you could get in Tumon area. Its spacious, and can fit big baby crib. You still get partly beach view from its window. Nearby restaurants (Thai and Japanese) that open till 11pm. Also a good Korean restaurant on the 3rd floor.

Nothing much except one lady at reception counter - she was not very welcoming. No help from hotel staff to carry luggage from lobby to room. Reception is on the 1st floor.

Location, shuttle bus stop is infront of the hotel. We got the ocean view room so everyday we have this awesome view of the beautiful clear waters of the beach, which is just around 2 minutes walk from the hotel. Filipino staff at the buffet area is very accommodating (forgot his name, he's an older guy), always greets us with a smile and brings us coffee. Rooms are also big.

- Room service can definitely use an improvement, line is always busy, need to go down the reception if you need something, i guess they're short staff at this time coz we see very few staff. There was a day when clean towels replacement was delayed coz they said delivery of fresh laundry was delayed. -No one wil also assist you with your luggage. -Pillows were a bit big and hard, not fluffy. Blankets very thin.

-Great location. Amazing beautiful ocean is right in front. You can swim with fishes, no need to go anywhere for that. -Almost any kind of Asian restaurant is walking distance. -Everybody knows this hotel, anyone can pick us up. -Spacious and not too commercialized in a good way.

-Room cleaning time is too random. One day before 9:00, another day 17:00. don't know what time we supposed to stay at our room. -Saw cockroaches more than a few times. Small ones. means they grown up there, not came from outside. -Need to spend like 30 USD/ each meal and person in this area, even breakfast.

Location is fine near the beach. Breakfast is good.

Water keeps dropping during the shower. Temperature of the shower water is not hot enough. Blanket is not properly located, which feels cold during the night time.

The staff are fantastic

Rooms old and musty smelling, cleaning needs more attention as long dark hair in my bath from shower curtain.

I I like the fact that the restroom in the rooms are huge! The roof top pool is really nice as well.

The rooms dont have a microwave .The rooms only come with two towels, throughout our 3 day stay, we haven't seen a maid...so we were unable to request for new towels. The carpets are really stained and the toilet had a hard time flushing. The emergency siren thingy came on for everyone to evacuate the hote using the staircasel around 9 or 10:00 PM. Last but not least, we complained about how warm our room was getting and asked if we were able to transfer to a different room. The staff explained they were fully booked and a technician will be checking it. There was no prob found and we had to deal with being a bit warm.

I like the view of the beaches and the city.. The beach is clean, and water is blue and crystal clear..

I did not like the extra blanket that I took it from the closet to give me warmth from the air conditioning coolness.which gives me allergies with colds and cough but this was resolved after the changed the bedding the following day..

Location was about a 1-minute walk to the beach and about a 5-minute drive to several restaurants and K-mart. There is free covered and uncovered parking on-site. The pool, the balcony, and the view were also enjoyable. Another plus is that they have coin operated washer and dryers available for a reasonable fee.

The building is in need of repair and remodeling. The hot water went out one day that I was there.

I like how the staffs has great customer services when I first arrived there. The waiting time to check-in did not take long at all. They were fast to assist me and gave me all the information that I needed to know. The room was a good size and the beds were comfortable that I didn't even want to leave the room . The only concern I had with the room was that the refrigerator wasn't really cold, unless you put the drinks in the small freezer department, but all in all, the room was great! Thank you for the services you provided and I will be making reservations soon.

The spacious Room and that no matter the time, None of us was questioned when we arrived and departed the hotel for a store run or to get our meals. Unlike many other hotels where guests are constantly pestered about rules or Just being active guests coming and going.. ..

The ice machine was out of order Fridge wasnt cooling drinks and rhe room got hot after about 4 hours when we checked in.
