Located in a beautiful, safe, clean area. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. The check in went smooth and quickly. I was so surprise the restaurant I was so eager to try was inside the hotel!!! Ohh and the best bed we slept in on this trip.

Absolutely nothing. We had 6 hours before our flight so we decided to explore Antigua. The hotel was kind enough to let us leave our luggage in the Good Hotel Antigua even though we didn’t stay there.

Good Hotel occupies two upper floors in Guatemala City's hippest new condo development, which covers a whole city block and also includes restaurants and an underground supermarket. The pedestrianized Via 5, with other cafés and restaurants, is only two blocks away. It's a place where you can feel like you're in the middle of the city and still feel safe--a difficult balance to strike in Guatemala City. The rooms have a strangely "Eco-lodge" style for a downtown hotel; they're chic but minimalist, with little space for hanging up business clothes, for example. Some rooms have big balconies, the breakfast is excellent and the staff are very helpful about things like calling Ubers. In addition you're a lot closer to downtown (Zona 1) here than you would be in a big business hotel in Zona 10. Overall, a relaxing oasis in a hectic city.

Beautiful rooms in a great, safe location. Restaurants and bars in walking distance. Staff are helpful and speak both English and Spanish. The Hotel supports a local charity (Los niños de Guatemala I think)with the proceeds made from your stay. They also run a program to help train homeless people (if I remember rightly) and teach them a skill and then they find them a job within their restaurant or other businesses that are associated with them. Free parking in a secure underground carpark. Have already recommended to friends travelling to the city in the coming months and will definitely be back on my next trip. Give it a go, you won't be disappointed! And even if for some reason you are youve still helped people who need it.

Good Hotel Guatemala is a very clean, modern, and comfortable stay in the center of Zona 4. My wife and I loved our first experience with Good Hotel and will be returning in the future. We especially appreciate the attention and dedication to investing in the community. Breakfast was delicious.

I didn't expect to pay for parking and breakfast given the class and price of the hotel. I didn't mind paying the extra amount and I should have done the research to know before arriving. For the price point, I find it odd that breakfast and parking were not included.

This hotel modern and such good value. The staff are not just friendly -- they go way out of their way to be helpful. The hotel gives all of its profits to the education of Guatemalan children. Its rooftop restaurant is outstanding, with innovative, flavorful dishes and professional, friendly staff. The hotel is located at the edge of the business district next to a lot of cafes and bars in a youthful neighborhood. Loved it.

The rooms are nicely decorated and I loved the fact that they are helping rural children in Guatemala. Every detail was well thought of, staff was super friendly and helpful, and overall I had a good experience. Breakfast was also very tasty. Wifi was also very good compared to other hotels I stayed at in Guatemala.

The rooms are small and since the shower is not separated from the rest of the room, it all gets foggy when you shower.

We liked everything! The rooms are cozy and beautiful, the bed was incredibly confortable and the location is fantastic, full of nice cafes, bars and restaurants, and very safe.

Communication was very good once I got their number but getting it took some time. They didn’t reply on Booking and I had to text their other hotel in Antigua, who gave me the number of the Guatemala City hotel.

Cool, trendy and super clean. Decorated by Spanish designers, I suspect. They apparently wash the duvet/ bedspread between guests so no iffy stains to be found. Ample, fresh drinking water quickly provided. When passing thru Guatemala City a second time, I didn't look elsewhere.

The shower is separated from the bedroom by beveled glass. Super hot for couples but weird if you are with your mother!

It's not difficult to understand why good hotel has a superb rating. It's a well designed hotel in a great location, with bars, restaurants, shops, etc all on your doorstep. The hotel staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and available to offer local tips and advice on where to go and what to do should you require any information.

The hotel is super modern and clean and located in a very good part of Guatemala City. the rooms were very cute and the check in process was very smooth, the staff spoke great English (which was great since our Spanish is poor) and the breakfast at the restaurant was amazing! Would highly recommend to those traveling to Guatemala City.
