Awesome hotel, great location near restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The suites are large with cooking facilities, living room and balconies. Rooms are well furnished with antiques and heavy wooden furniture, wooden floors and nice amenities. Basic gym with universal and cardio equipment. NIce restaurant with outdoor seating.

B.eds could be a little softer, definitely not sagging.

All the rooms are nice sized apartments with a nice kitchen area. Location is perfect, next to the best dining, shopping and bar area in Guat city. Beautiful hard wood floors and furnishings. Staff polite and helpful. I speak Spanish but i think they all spoke English. There is a balcony in the bedroom and dining area. There is a nice restaurant and the hotel is very quiet.

The beds are a little hard.

I looked for a pet friendly hotel, this is what came up first. The master suite was very spacious, their facilities were clean and we were able to bring our dog. The staff was very friendly and they did a great job to make us feel welcomed. My family enjoyed the bathtub and the comfort of this place to the point that we decided to stay another day, This was a nice escape within the city, a nice detail was that the parking fee was given as a courtesy.

I couldn't get to fix the AC so it could be a warm place during the stay, the AC was working but it was cold for my elders. They seem to be a little under staffed most likely due to c-19 pandemics

The rooms are Huge, bright, clean and well-stocked. It is one of the better places in South America we have stayed at. It felt very comfortable like being in your own apartment. We felt it was a bargain for the quality. It is way better than the more expensive American chains next door.

The elevators were designed way too small for this hotel. They can be overwhelmed and cramped easily.

We loved the space in our suite. WE also enjoyed the balcony! A plus. From the breakfast option we only liked the coffee it was pretty tasty

I didn’t like the breakfast the selection, my friend and I thought that was a bit insufficient. We had a continental breakfast included. Fruts selection looked old, I decided not to eat it. Room for improvement for sure on the breakfast selection.

It is a quiet hotel with wonderful staff. The location could not be better.

The room furnishings are a little dated and tired. They charged $1 extra for bacon. Really? The transportation to and from the airport was not used bc it was 4x what we paid with Uber.

Rooms are basically small apartments, nicely decorated and fully furnished in the best part of town. Nice shopping areaand plenty of restaurants nearby.

This is a wonderful hotel. My only complaint is that the beds are very hard.

The staff was amazing and the room was very comfortable and clean

The shower did not have any water pressure and the shower head was leaking. We had a full kitchen but no way to use it as there where no dishes and limited pots.

Upscale cartridge Coffeemaker in room. Really works excellent....I bought more cartridges at store. Also extremely accommodating and respectful staff. Newish property. Clean and neat.

treadmill removed from exercise room. Language difficulty, although it is to be expected and our electronic devices can help.

elevator to the sub floor parking not working. had to make multiple trips to carry my luggage to sub floor 3 to my vehicle.
