the breakfast was ok, I did not stay onsite to enjoy the property. I was busy planning my daughter's wedding. I think I was over priced, my visitors came in in early morning due to their flight and needed to eat and they had to pay for their breakfast even though they were staying there. we also book including breakfast but when we got there, they told us that breakfast was not included. I had over 50 guest staying there.

I could not doing anything, I'm in a country where I did not speak a lot of Spanish. I was charge in dollars and not Q and was over priced. Next time I'll make sure to pay in Q and get enough Q to pay for services and food. they were also canceling my guest reservation and having them booked at a higher price.

the breakfast was fine, we went there for my daughter's wedding, initially we were treated shabbily due to language barrier. we were over priced and they would not allow anyone to have breakfast but it was not time. they travelled from NY and all over the world and the check in was not until 3pm and breakfast was included but they were not allowed. they would have to pay for that breakfast. children were not exempted.

Front desk staff Jose Carlos Coal and Natali Galindo in addition Housekeeping, room service, dining team are customer service extraordinaires, their prompt, courteous, authentic cheerfulness, attentiveness during our stay made the best Guatemalan experience. breakfast was good, I had the breakfast that I intended to have, I like the pool and the environment. We came for a wedding and our trip was paid for by the Greens who's daughter was getting married. they did not get a break for having over 30 people who were booked in the hotel.

the barrier difference was an issues, they charged her in dollars and not Q. people who were booked could not have breakfast until they were checked in which was 3pm. they had to pay for breakfast.

The location, the variety at breakfast, pleasant staff.

Dinner took too long to be served, and there was not that many options from which to choose.

The facilities and room were exceptional! The pools were great and the breakfasts were very tasty. All the staff were very helpful and kind and very accommodating to my needs. The cleanliness of this hotel was beyond my expectations. The gym and sauna also need updating.

What I didn't like was the loud music blasting from speakers in the pool area. I originally got a room facing the pool but I immediately asked them to move me to a quieter room facing the back of the property to get rid of all the noise. I was going to stay here for a whole week and did not need to be listening to thumping base during my stay while trying to relax. NOTE TO HOTEL - the loud music in the pool is not the vibe for this hotel. I believe this hotel to be more a sophisticated vive and the loud music is better suited for Las Vegas or Ibiza.....This is not it....please consider this critique.

The hotel was amazingly clean and comfortable, and we found the location to walk anywhere. Breakfast was perfect. I would return and recommend this hotel!

Pretty comfy and impeccably clean.

I got the feeling that it was overpaid. And the breakfast included was just the buffet at the restaurant it didn't include room service, which wasn't specified. I ordered room service and the food was outstanding, but the waitress called me around 4 times in less than a minute even when I already answered the first time.
