The room was clean and neat with everything we needed. The breakfast was wonderful. It was always ready at time we requested and the food was delicious. The service was perfect, especially David who was always ready to assist with whatever we needed. We had massages during our stay which were wonderful after a few days of walking and hiking. This will be my go-to hotel when I return to Antigua - thank you Casa Madeleine!!

Nothing! The mattress was a little firm for my taste but some may prefer it that way. The location is close to a major road so some noise from traffic on Saturday morning but again nothing that bothered me. No issues at night that might bother a light sleeper.

The hotel is off city center but walking anywhere is not more than 10-15 minutes. If you’re in Antigua it is part of the experience to walk and enjoy the city. The staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Couldn’t ask for nicer people. The room was clean and everything was nice, only there was no chair in there besides the bed in the spa room. The courtyard was very pleasant to view and sit in when time allowed. Breakfast was included and very good every day we had it. Great that they provided water, drinks, and bananas. I highly recommend this place. Price point is great. It’s not super posh but very comfortable.

There was not much to dislike. I guess the toiletries were not the greatest quality but otherwise everything was fine,

Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. I booked a wonderful massage with Josephina after hiking Acatenango and Fuego. This was the perfect place to rest and relax. Upon arrival I was given a choice of my room. Room was very comfortable with everything I could need. There is also a jacuzzi available on the property.

The staff was super welcoming and accommodating, really great people. Breakfast was good, it was great the staff provided to-go breakfasts on days we couldn't stay to eat. Rooms were clean and nice, beds were comfy. You can walk to central park in about 15 min so it's not super central but it's also not stuck in a crowded place either.

Rooms were a little bit noisy from the traffic.

please consider whether you can provide your guests with a key to access the hotel from the street. while I had no issues using the doorbell I was reluctant to stay out late knowing staff would need to stay awake to let me back in.

excellent location to visit city, staff was friendly , courteous and very helpful. Room was clean, well maintained. Terrace was nice for evening drink. Breakfast was varied , well prepared.

I loved everything about it!!! The room’s decoration was amazing and everything super clean. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and all the staff was kind and helpful. Would def come back here.

Beautiful gardens and building, great decoration. The bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great volcano view!

Everything was great, nothing to complain about.

No A/C in the rooms. Hot water kept going out in the shower. A lot of outside noise. Curtains let in too much light in the morning.
