breakfast. ( words from Adrian'swife) The quality of the coffee is very important to me, and I want to say that the coffee was excellent! I was also very pleased to have a large selection of fresh fruit, applesauce and yogurt. It was nice to have hot food for breakfast - scrambled eggs, several types of sausages, hash brown, meat balls and more. The salad of fresh herbs and vegetables was also very tasty and healthy. I’ll especially say about the delicious fresh bread of several types, buns and pastries - it was excellent! For Christmas, the hotel pleased us with additional snacks - freshly salted salmon, olives, and Christmas pastries. Thank you!

The front desk people were excellent, helpful and always pleasant. The location was central and within reasonable walking distance to many major sites though not all. Budapest is s very large spread out city so no one singular location can accommodate everything.

Everything was fine though st times it took a bit longer than expected to get hot water but it didn't play a major role. I thought the breakfast was good but it could have used more diversity such as adding pancakes or French toast, etc and a tad pricey.

Overall stay was pleasant, staff was very nice, especially the reception lady. The breakfast was good, enough to choose from and also quantity. Beds, including the extra bed which was quite large, were comfy.

The premises of the hotel are shared with some clinic, so the lobby was always full of waiting patients. Also breakfast room was quite packed with tables (hard to get to your table) and was quite cool. One day the cleaning lady came around 4 pm, when we were already back from town.

It a nice hotel, quiet while a city center. The location is perfect. All you might need is there. The hosts are friendly and helpful. The bed is very good, I slept like a baby. It is very clean. The breakfast is a bit expensive but very good. In general - it is a nice hotel.

The hotel surprised me with the quality and level of service - it's a hotel on a higher level than I thought. Great large rooms, cleanliness, comfort, great bathroom, very clean and functional, immediately hot water. Breakfast at the level of a 5 star hotel. Huge selection of food for breakfast. The hotel service is the highest level - I highly recommend this hotel and - we will definitely come back soon.

Although the property didn’t look like much from the exterior, inside was lovely and modern. The young woman at the front desk was lovely and helpful. The room wasn’t huge, but was all we needed. The breakfast was a delight with hot and cold food. And it was a 2 minute walk to a main street with a great little restaurant at the corner. We had a beautiful evening with good wine and flatbread. A perfect setting to unwind after being up for 37 hours!

Nothing bad to say about the place.

We arrived sooner than check-in started and they were able to give us a room which was super great after travelling. The room is nice and big, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. It is right beside the Basilika so it's in a very central and great location, all bars, and restaurants are nearby, and everything is within walking distance. There are museums, operas, and theatres nearby. Private parking is not possible, but we were able to park our car on the street, we didn't have any issues. And on weekend you don't have to pay for that.

The only thing missing was a minibar from the room. It would have been nice to have it.

Good location on the Pest side - easy to find restaurants and bus stops within a few minutes walk. The hotel was quiet w/ large rooms - we appreciated being upgraded. Breakfast was a generous buffet-style w/ a cosy feel. Small bar is open 24/7.

Always had to wait for check-in/ out or for any questions at the Reception desk. It could have been much more efficient but there was only one person who was capable of handling the desk. The female receptionist (weekdays)was great - helpful, good sense of humor and happily gave us a brief history of the area. The two male receptionists (on the weekend) were not very helpful or friendly and even surly. After checking in, our room had a strong foul smell and we asked to be given another room. It took 4 1/2 hours to get us into the 2nd room finally at 4:30 in the afternoon.

Central location, staff were very attentive and always helpful. I think I also received a free upgrade upon arrival as the room seemed to be much larger than the one I booked.

The room was not cleaned very well by the housekeeping staff- no toilet roll and didn’t change any sheets, only changed the bins. Bar lacked a decent variety of drinks. Breakfast
