The apartment was roomy and perfect for us being so accessible to the sites we wished to visit. The night view of the lit Ferris wheel from the wide, picture windows, and glimpse of St Stephen's Basilica were superb. The apartment was clean and well equipped for providing simple meals, and excellent value for money considering its location.

There were complications in gaining access to the apartment, as there was initially no response when we dialled 44 on the front door key pad as instructed. Also, instructions for using the elevator as shown on the Booking.com site were misleading. The control pad within the lift provided the option of FE for the floor level we required, and F for returning to ground floor (not 1/a as instructed by Booking.com), but no explanation to inform us of what these letters meant. The three plastic dining chairs in the room had broken backs and need to be repaired or replaced, as does the floor surface (peeling linoleum "timber" panels).

This facility has a great location - right in the middle of the city center, walking distance from everything you need to see in Budapest. Rooms are well equipped (kitchen, bedroom and bathroom), and the view over to the Budapest Eye is amazing at sunsets! We really enjoyed and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone!

There wasn't anyone at the reception to welcome us late in the evening, but they sent us clear and detailed intructions regarding entrance with the code and everything. It was a bit weird not to have anyone at the reception during the day either, so we had to message them via Booking or SMS to sort out late checking in and checking out (but luckily, they are fast in replying).

The location is stunning. It is within the center, few walk steps away from Deak Ferenc Ter, a central Metro line in Budapest. The rooms are clean, their view on the panoramic route of the city is simply fabulous. There are many expensive and luxurious hotels in Budapest but nothing beats the simple charm of Zoom Budapest apartments!

The location is central, near St. Stephen's Basilica, with plenty of restaurants (VakVarjú is a must), shops and cafes in the area. Gozsdu Passage and other lively areas are close to the apartment. Check-in and check-out were very easy thanks to the very friendly staff. Initially we rented one room for 3 people (one bed, one sofa). Then we asked for another room, and the staff was very eager to help. The room we had was rather large, with giant windows and a great view of the city. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, and the bathroom was large and clean. Everything was in order, and the internet speed was good for videocalls. We could see the Elizabeth Square and the Ferris wheel from our room, which was lovely. The room had air conditioning - which was absolutely essential (see below).

We rented the room during the summer. The room got very hot, because of the large windows, and the orientation towards the east. We were dependent on the air conditioning (day and night), which was functioning very well. We would have preferred to leave the windows opened, but the room was towards a busy street, so it was rather noisy and dusty, so we had to keep them closed.

+ the location is fantastic, with all major attractions nearby. + the room is spacious enough for two people, with ample storage for belongings. + the bed is comfortable, ensuring a good night's rest. + there was a small TV that worked with a Firestick. + if you want to cook, there’s a kitchen with utensils available. (however, considering you’ll be sleeping in the same room, the idea is a bit uncomfortable for me, as there’s no divider in between)

- since it is an apartment hotel, you need to manage your own room cleaning. after couple of days it become untidy. - when the windows are closed, it’s quiet, but when they’re open, an incredible noise comes from the street. - in the room, aside from the bed, there’s only a single armchair and a few chairs. however, a cozy sitting area has been set up by the windows. - reception isn’t staffed at all times, but a phone number is provided for contact if needed.

The apartment is less than 5 minutes away from the 100E bus from the airport. And it’s at a short walking distance to many points of attraction! Despite arriving very early in the morning, the host gave us access to the main door code so that we could leave our luggage at reception. The apartments had a large window over the square and St Stephen Basilica - awesome light, super clean and spacious, kitchen with all we would need to prepare quick meals. The toilet was spacious too. The host was always replying quickly to my queries and was very kind! We loved our stay.

Location is 10/10. Near to bus stops. And located in city center.

The location is amazing. Adjacent to tram, metro and bus. Few mins walk to Basilica, Budapest Ferris Wheel. Near to bus to and from airport. Rashid was so helpful and even allowed to check in early and late check out that matches my flights. He provided me help with everything. Room is clean, spacious and organize.

Spacious room with amazing view, great hospitality and flexibility from the host - we were able to check in early and store our bags after checkout as long as we need. Price was very good and the view from the room was better than we expected. Overall amazing place

Highly reccomended for ★★★ (three stars) regular tourists. Otherwise please find the RITZ-CARLTON across the street ;) - Location: in central Budapest! - No breakfast or any meals offered but, who cares? A lot of taverns, pubs, restaurants, street food depots, ATM's, exchange desks, souvenirs stores, you name it, just around the corner. No need to search for any, they're all on sight. - Easy to get from the airport: the shuttle bus 100E will take you from the airport almost to the property (1 minute walk away from bus stop) for 7 EUR - 40 minutes drive. M3 metro station and other means of local transport "under your nose". - Once there, "Budapest Eye" on sight, Christmas Fair only five minutes away, - Not a 4 star hotel, but it makes you feel at ease with all the above. Photos taken from property door...

Cannot remember...

Comfortable apartment and everything was on the doorstep, brilliant location. It was well equipped, communication with the owner was easy and he was waiting for us when we arrived. He gave us lots of hints & tips about places to visit. Apartment was warm, quiet & there was plenty of hot water. My 14 year old son felt a bit sick on the first day but I happily left him alone in the apartment for a few hours as it felt so secure. I’d definitely stay there again if I was to go back to Budapest. The 100E bus from airport stops nearby.
