The room was very nice with all the necessary facilities, kettle hairdryer shampoo conditioner etc. it was very clean and quiet at night. the location was very good we were within walking distance to most places and very close to the 100E shuttle bus to the airport

we thought the pillows were very uncomfortable and the temperature at night was very very hot, and we could not adjust the thermostat.

I was very impressed with the hospitality!!    The hosts have thought of every single detail for the comfort of the Guests. We were in the center of Budapest with a top location to all the sights. Breakfast is served a short distance from the property, but the location is well chosen and a good breakfast is served from 7:00am to 4:00pm, which made it a lot easier for us because I'm in no rush. I really liked that the room was constantly air-conditioned, even when we were outside.  These days were warm, but the room was cool.   Congratulations!   We will be back again! Thank you so much!

Everything about this hotel was perfect for me. The location is ideal for exploring the city as everything is within walking distance. Getting to from the airport was easy as the 100e airport bus was around the corner 4 minutes walk away or a €20 taxi to the main train station. Rooms are big! Lift for easy access. The beds were so comfortable and very large, I slept like a baby. The rooms were very spacious, beautiful and of a high quality standard. I booked a room with a bath and it was bliss. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clear instructions were sent for access etc. The restaurant recommendations and tips were perfect for my 2 day trip. I went to Tokio restaurant on their recommendation and it was class!! I wouldn't have discovered it otherwise. I highly recommend this aparthotel. It had everything and was luxurious. If I'm ever in Budapest again I will rebook here. I was travelling across Europe and was on week 3 and this has been my favourite hotel yet. For the price it is worth so much more. It made my trip all the more enjoyable and I was sad to leave it.

Not really issues... There was 1 day where the Internet was down in the building and out of their control. It was sorted the next day. The reception was directly outside my bedroom door and I could hear people coming and going. I would say if you are ultra sensitive to noise that and you might want to request a quieter room. I didn't find that an issue as would be getting ready to go out or settling down for the night. The staff were quiet in going about their business. The hotel is directly on a busy square with traffic and music, that finishes around 10/11pm so not problem and added to the buzz of the city. This did not keep me awake or waken me up in the morning. Blackout curtains were ideal and good windows filtered out the noise.

Eyal was the most helpful host ever! Check-in was extremely simple and no hassle check-out! Spacious and stylish room with a comfy bed and heated bathroom floors is always an added bonus 😊 Walking distance to Parliament and shopping street. p.s. The most delicious coffee just around the corner 'Urban coffee' on Anker köz. We really enjoyed grabbing a cappuccino on our way to explore the city, or just get a takeaway and come back to bed.

The only small thing to point out is the cleanliness of the room, few places needed a bit of a dusting. The amazing thing is that our host was very open to feedback and I am sure it will be taken care of! Good luck Eyal! We hope to come back some day 😇

The position is excellent. Very central and easy to reach major attractions. The rooms are large with beautiful bathrooms and good facilities. There is a cafe right next door for breakfast and bars and restaurants within a minute of the accommodation. The host communicated through Whatsapp messages. He provides plenty of information on where to eat, what to see and where to go.

You don't actually meet or see any staff face to face. The reception is never open. There are 3 storeys. The Hotel Rumor on the first floor, a hostel on the second and the Budapest Eye suites on the third. Entry is through large wooden doors used to access the Museum of Illusions. Residents of the hostel come and go regularly. Anyone booking these suites need to be aware that the lift and stairs are not private

Close to everything. Across from Keleti train station, which is your key to the city. We traveled by train all over the place (United nations, etc) and no problems. Area was safe, close to great food, the waterfront, great shopping. Couldn't have picked a better location in all of Budapest. Owner was helpful when we lost our key. Was a great value for the money.

mattress a little stiff for my liking (my back needs it). dark outside the elevator on the first floor. Was a little tricky finding the place for the first time. Would recommend an email to each customer with EXACT map of location.

let me start by saying that there were many things I loved about the property. The location, in particular, stood out for me. Being close to all the bars and sites made it incredibly convenient for exploring the area. Additionally, the property itself was quite impressive. The amenities provided were top-notch, and the overall cleanliness and maintenance were commendable. The staff was also friendly and accommodating, making my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay. It ticked all the boxes for me and exceeded my expectations.

Arrived at 2:30pm ready for 3pm room. Unfortunately reception locked up and nobody around. Receptionist arrived just after 3, and room allocated needed cleaning and bed changed. This was organised immediately, and we got into the room at 3:40. There wasn’t even a note on reception door explaining it not being accessed or a contact phone number. Whilst this delay was disappointing, feedback has been given to host who apologised says he’s going to put measures in place to avoid this re-occurring. We were only there until 5am

As one lived in Budapest for 7 years I can definitely say the suites have an amazing location, located in the main square - Deak Ter, very close to every type of transportation - metro, tram, buses, including the but to and from the airport. The shopping street is just 4 min walk and there are many restaurants near by The suite was very comfortable, nice and very new facilities Moreover, it was very easy to contact with them.

Big spacious room, we paid for a bath in the room and got a lovely view of the Budapest eye.

There was no cafe/bar resembles more of apartment block than a hotel, breakfast was 9 minute walk away from the hotel. We got a gift package put in the room ie balloons and birthday cake. When arriving you self service check in, collect ur key in a box which was not there, and no staff found,when we opened the door there was a man in the room setting up balloons which ruined the surprise and the hotel staff was not aware of the balloon set up which made them frightened as to why a man was in the room
