Beautifully and recently restored and redecorated, amazing location, staff went above and beyond, super clean, everything I needed in long suite including kitchen. Got everything extra I asked for.

Lift was broken when leaving so really struggled with luggage down 3 flights of stairs at 3am departure!! Pool was colder than comfortable. No sunbathing area.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff were fantastic. Special shout out to the front reception manager Blanka, nothing was too much trouble and the masseuse who was also great. I had a great stay, I would recommend!

Late night room service would have been nice as we were attending the athletics and the kitchen closed early.

Spacious apartment with the luxury of a hotel (daily cleaning, breakfast etc) Spa was super. Unfortunately closed from 11-16 during the week. Staff was super helpful and friendly. The manager is a total a** tho.

Limited hotel bar service. Unfriendly manager. Demanding to have the room fully paid upfront. When I made a fuss about it how unusual that is, he was straightforward rude. Also after calculations he charged me a very unfair exchange rate for my cash forints. Never smiled nor return a friendly nod. Rest of the staff was super sweet and helpful

Location and cleanliness of the place, booked two suites and they were well equipped with all what we need.. the balconies were great.. they welcomed us with chocolates with a small welcoming note which we really liked. The wifi is very good everywhere!

Wooden flooring was popping up in a few places.. the furniture is quite old, for a five star hotel I guess they need to renew it. I think it is over priced for its age. The other downside is that the lift is so small and it is always a long wait to get hold of it.. they were very strict on check out time, understandable, but could have been a bit more flexible..

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The Rooms were big and well maintained, overall hotel decor and furniture is very nice, well maintained pool/spa, breakfast is decent and overall courteous staff. Location is good with public transport quite close, dozens of bars, pubs, ruin bars, restaurants around. We would definitely stay again!

overall everything was fine, just that the lift takes much longer wait time and also the kitchen service during breakfast is a bit slow - but one can leave with both these issues.

Rare to say it but we really couldn’t fault our stay. The rooms and the hotel were as pictured and exceptionally clean. The staff were friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place to people.

Nothing negative from us! If you want to nitpick, I can understand the comments about the wardrobe room door against the bed which is tight and may be irritating if you were unpacking for a week or were larger in size. We could occasionally hear the room above move their chairs so maybe felt on the bottom of the stools would help but it really wasn’t an issue!

Excellent location within walking distance of all attractions. The hotel is beautifully presented throughout, staff are polite and on hand at all hours to answer any queries. Our room was immaculately clean with great facilities, an added bonus having a nespresso machine in the room. Spa area and pool is a lovely area to relax.

Only downside is that we felt the price to add on breakfast during the stay was expensive however, it’s easy enough to find plenty reasonably priced cafes/restaurants for breakfast/meals within walking distance of the hotel.

We stayed at Queens Court hotel for 6 nights and it was a pleasurable stay. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, willing to assist where needed if you had an any questions. The spa was clean and had towels available to use in the pool area and water available which was a plus after spending time in the hot tub. The room was clean and perfect size, we even had a complementary bottle of wine on arrival. It was kept tidy throughout our stay by the cleaning team. I highly recommend adding the breakfast to your stay, there was a wide range of choices from the buffet and you could also order from the menu too. The eggs Benedict with salmon was delicious alongside the fresh orange juice. The staff in the restaurant were always friendly and attentive. It was beneficial having breakfast available until 11am so enabled us to have a lay in too. The hotel is in a perfect safe location and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone that visits Budapest in the future.

The first room we got had a shower that did not work 100%. The staff immediately had it checked, recognised the problem and then gave us another slightly better room + a free bottle of wine for the 'hassle'. Problem well solved. Same story with a safety deposit box which could not be opened: the staff reacted immediately and professionally.

The pillows were very thick and we would have preferred one thick and one thin pillow, so you have the choice. In the second (non-smoking) room, the previous occupants had been smoking and the first day of our stay in that room we opened the windows wide to get rid of the smell. Day 2 in that room was OK.

**5 star hotel** - ITS NOT!!! 1. Old style. 2. Poor Wi-Fi at the room. 4. Only one elevator. 5. Movement detectors at the rooms, looks like cameras, a bit annoying. 6. The shower cabin - the water spills all over. 7. The safe display was broken.
