All the accommodation procedure is automated, which is very nice. The apartment has very good conditions, it is clean and very well positioned, it is very accessible including for people with reduced mobility.

What I didn't like was the fact that in the room there was a price list of the items in the room (from iron or oven to pillowcases or sheets) and the hosts asked you for the right to access your bank account, to get the appropriate amount in case you break or steal something from the room. The simple use of some objects can lead to their damage. I don't know what other negative experiences they've had, but there are risks they should take (possibly increasing the price of the room) and start from the idea of the presumption of innocence regarding the guests.

Everything was as expected, clean, cosy and a good place to stay as there are a lot of things to do nearby. Group of 4, an exceptional experience.

The fact that I didn't have a parking spot from day one. You need to book your spot in advance with at least 1-2 weeks to make sure you have a free spot available.

Location is great, near the main street, just 20 minutes walk to the centre. Lots of carparks nearby. The apartment is nice.

Checking in means giving out all your credit card info, including the CVV through an e-mail.

Great hotel for family vacation. We have to give the highest feedback for overall impression. Quality of food is at a very satisfying level with a good variety of meals. Hotel is clean and service is excellent. Staff was helpful and friendly, and I would especially like to give special thank to the Slavica, Ankica, Dusanka, Tamara and Monika, which made us feel whole vacation like home. Swiming pool was warm, playroom area great and kids enjoyed a lot. Ski Bus station is at 30m from hotel. Coming again for sure :-)

Maybe just to consider to have more variety of cakes for the dinner....

Easy self check in as we arrived late. Room was very spacious and well equipped. Room was in a good location with lots of shops and places to eat around it. Our group decided to just walk everywhere and we felt like we weren't too far away from getting to where we wanted to be. It was very clean and the beds including the sofa bed was very comfortable

The room was very warm 26°c through the night. In fairness there were controls to change the temperature of the room but even though the instructions were clear we couldn't get the room to cool down and ended up leaving the balcony door open while we slept instead. This wasn't a huge problem at all and doesn't take away from how nice the apartment was.

The flat has everything you need and more, it's all thought out to give the guest maximum comfort. It's in a good position to visit Budapest avoiding public transport (assuming you will be okay with walking 30 min to main tourist destinations) and with lots of interesting bars around. The reception is very reactive via WhatsApp, which is very convenient, and they held our bags on the last day when we still had some time in Budapest before our departure.

There was nothing we disliked. The check-in process if you arrive past 9pm is slightly time consuming, but it wasn't a problem for us. We did the online check-in a few weeks before our trip, and the day before our trip we received very detailed info on how to get the keys etc.

Great value for money, good location close to city center by walk. The apartments are clean, comfy, I like the facilities that they offer, balcony in each apartment is a big plus for me, parking was great (we opted to park in garage at extra charge). Customer support is kind and quick in resolving any issue.

Extra pet charge per day (especially for a small breed dogs) is not really reasonable since the dog does not get anything for this. If the charge is because of risk of damaging property then I think it is more reasonable to take a deposit in the same amount and return it if nothing happens.

Apartment was in a nice location easy to find. We had also booked a parking space in garage. There were a lot of bars and restaurants around and neighborhood seemed safe even an night. Metro station is near but city center is also within walking distance, so we walked there a few times. Apartment was very clean and equipped with everything a traveler could use on a stop at Budapest.

When we arrived there was slight smell of cigarettes in our apartment, but it soon disappeared. During the night we could hear some people partying on the street, but we were so tired, so it didn't bother us.

We were travelling with kids, so having an apartment was far better to renting a hotel room. The apartment had two good size bedrooms with comfortable beds and the living room/kitchen area was big enough for our needs. Communication with the property was really good, email/sms exchanges were prompt and helpful. Check-in was really easy, we came after the office had closed and the instructions to get into the building and the keys was very easy to follow. Apartment was clean, bathroom was clean, and so was the bedding. We came by car so it was also great that they had indoor parking, spaces are tight but nothing unusual for Europe. Location is good, a number of restaurants and bars in the area and close walking distance to two metros

Bathroom was clean, but they must use a ton of Savo because the smell was quite strong (this goes for the apartment and the hallways). The location is a bit noisy, you get some noise from the other balconies and from the street, however with closed windows it was pretty quiet indoors and neither we nor the kids had issues sleeping. The place is a little banged-up, I guess not a surprise as it's for short-term rental with many people coming and going, but there are marks on the walls in the apartment and hallways and the handle to the balcony was missing (we could access it through one of the bedrooms). Overall nothing that would stop me from renting this property again.

We really loved the location - in the centre of Budapest, just a walk away from various landmarks. It's great if you're interested in visiting Szimpla Kert and nearby bars and pubs. The standard of the apartment is really high - there's a bathtub, a balcony, it's nicely decorated, and the kitchen is well equiped if you fancy some cooking - the coffee machine is a nice touch! The staff is really friendly and they let us leave our baggages in the reception after the check-out for a whole day, so we could do some sight-seeing before our evening departure.

Everything was great, but I would only suggest to provide guests with a bit more of tea and coffee capsules. We were staying for three days and got one tea bag and coffee capsule each, so the two of us had to ration the supplies. ;)
