The location of the hotel is perfect, lots of bars and restaurants close by and the Basilica which is fantastic can be seen up close from the rooftop of the hotel. Our room was a great size, the bathroom was lovely and it was very quiet. Breakfast at the hotel was good, a lot of choice of hot and cold food. The staff were lovely, helpful and friendly. A great bonus is the complementary wine and cheese offered between 4 and 6pm every day, this was a great way to start the evening. The spa was lovely, small but very quiet and a great hot tub.

The only thing that could have been better was the coffee.

Very comfortable, sizeable and quiet room. Well appointed, with excellent digital services available (music library, streaming services etc). Happy hour (2 hours!) is a great value add on, with very attentive staff. Rooms look into the atrium and music garden which is very peaceful. Use the Bolt app (like Uber) for instant Taxi booking.

The attitude of the Sky Bar staff can be somewhat cold, despite booking weeks in advance, we were told no tables outside were available, despite seeing many empty ones. Save your money and make the most of happy hour and spend £12 in the Basillica opposite for far superior views.

Beautiful Hotel! Central location which was ideal for our visit to Budapest. Everything about the hotel is good. Room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Loved the room balcony. Breakfast - excellent choice of hot and cold food. Spa - excellent facilities and again very clean and comfortable. Loved the pool which was a good size. Had drinks in the roof top bar a few times, excellent service and great views. The hotel has a lovely atmosphere and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Service provided was outstanding. Would definitely book again.

Fantastic boutique hotel within 1 min walk to the Basilica and 10 mins to the Danube/ Chain Bridge. Staff could not have been nicer and more helpful. Got an upgrade to a suite when we arrived which was huge! This also meant that we had our own private lift (covered all the large suits at the front of the building). Breakfast options were fantastic and you could stay there for a week and not have to have the same thing twice. Great roof terrace for drinks or a meal.

Nothing apart from the Wifi in our room (poor signal) and the taxi company they arranged for our transit to the airport. We paid in HUFs to get rid of our cash and the driver gave me change (2000 HUFs I think). Found out when I tried to spend the note in the airport that it was no longer legal tender (withdrawn in 2017). I hope that this was an honest mistake by the driver but it left a sour taste in the mouth. Be careful when dealing with cash in Hungary.

The hotel was beautiful, room was cool and luxurious. James Brown themed, with a large free standing bath. The sound system, lighting and blinds were operated automatically and the toiletries smelt amazing. The hotel was an experience! Staff were very friendly and attentive, breakfast is delicious, there could probably be a better selection of ordered breakfast options. I recommend if you are there for a short trip to pay extra for breakfast. Wine and cheese at 4-6 everyday is a very nice touch. The spa was very easily accessed, relaxing and an excellent way to start your day.

There a 2 reasons this hotel isn't getting a 10. There was a plumbing noise through the night and on our departure we were going to order a taxi and reception said that they would order it. They ordered a car not a taxi and the trip was more expensive than we intended.

The room was very large and well laid out and the decor was fantastic; the room was in the Jazz quadrant and themed around Miles Davies. The location is virtually next door to the Basilica and there was a Christmas market at the time of our stay. The staff were excellent being both friendly and helpful. The breakfast wast great and the free cheese and wine each afternoon was a regular fixture for us. The tapas style food menu was really nice and the bar and restaurant both pleasant places to be. The small size of the hotel made the whole stay feel very personal.

There was absolutely nothing we didn't like. We loved every aspect of the stay.

The hotel was in a superb location, the room was fabulous and the spa was really enjoyable and clean! The reception staff helpful and responsive. I like that they phoned the night before check out to ask if we needed help with travel arrangements. The breakfast was superb and the staff at breakfast were very friendly and good at waiting the tables! The rooftop bar is also very impressive. It is one of the nicest city break hotels we have stayed in.....

That my bed at home isn't as comfortable as the hotel bed!!

We were tired and still jetlagged when we arrived from Vienna (after a morning city tour before we left Vienna and a visit to a castle on the way to Budapest). Masi was at Reception and was really great at getting us settled in. We loved loved loved our room - perfect - with chocolates on the pillow to top it off. The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom functional and the shower great. The hotel's theme is music and the choice of music and decor was really good. As for the restaurant SkyBar, we went for dinner upon our arrival. The view is fabulous. Unfortunately, our dinner not so much; my friend had a steak that was inedible as she told the waiter who apologized. My burger was fine but I was skeptical of the menu after my friend's experience so we didn't return. On the other hand, breakfast was really good with plenty of choice. The hotel's location is great with: a currency exchange across the street (you do need some forints in the city (it opens at 10 AM but you can use your card for the cash machine if it's not open), St Stephan's close by, the Jewish Quarter a short walk away and lots of restaurants in the area.

Lovely staff, good soap products, nice spa, great location and concierge helped book tickets. Breakfast was fantastic! Very comfortable beds and lovely linen.

Our room was not cleaned properly - dirty cups, empty bottles, empty evening chocolate spoons were left, bins were not emptied or removed. We were not allowed to use the roof area during the morning and feel as residents this should have been allowed until it opened to others in The afternoon- we would have enjoyed a morning coffee up there and as a 5* hotel, you would expect this facility- as a small boutique hotel with relatively few guests, we also feel all residents should have access to drink at the roof bar without booking… we appreciate it is necessary to book to eat but again a 5* hotel perhaps should not limit its paying guests.

What an amazing hotel!! Stunning decor, amazing location, delicious breakfast and staff who go above and beyond. The spa/pool area was compact, but perfect. Everyday at 4pm there was wine and cheese which was great. Really excellent staff who were helpful and knowledgeable.

We had an issue with a smell in our room (blocked drain from the shower maybe?) - this was never resolved throughout our stay, though the staff were very apologetic
