- two single beds instead of one king size bed!!! It was unbelievable! - behind the bed there was a dead insect and it was not clean - pillow was not comfortable - blanket was not suitable for this season - for the two first days elevator in residence did not work!!!

Great apartment, very spacious and comfortable. Good location. Lovely beds. Good washing machine and so much out door space for relaxing and drying clothes too.

This apartment had everything going for it but just lacked a few touches that would have been helpful. No corkscrew, no tea towels, no washing up equipment. Small stuff but the sort of things you don't carry and don't want to have to buy for one or two night stay.

The apartment is newly outfitted and comfortable. Bed is not particularly high quality but is not a major issue. Location it is a fair way from budapest center and requires metro travel, but that is easy.

The kitchen is not well supplied with equipment at all.

The location was nice. It is inside a plaza full of all type business (restaurants, supermarkets, bars). It was very spatious as well. The city centre is like 2km away. The extra fees for late check-in were suspended.

It didnt look like the pictures. Be careful if you have to check out before 10 am. You are supposed to leave the keys in a mailbox but there is no access there if the reception isn’t open. This needs a big upgrade, I almost lost my flight trying to solve this out.

Very nice and comfortable apartment. Clean and warm. 10-15min distance walk from the subway station.

It would be great to have at least a tea and coffee there. There was also no shower gel or shampoo that I think is the basics nowdays.

The location was good, with nice restaurants and supermarkets in the vicinity. Bus and tram stops within walking distance making sightseeing easily accessible. The staff was kind, explained how to find the reception and the parking place (i.e. I booked a garage spot which was worth the money). The size of the apt was good.

When booking the apt, I was attracted by first pictures that showed the apt as being nicer than it actually was. The apt I got was at one of the last pictures. I didn't appreciate the fact that we got only 4 large and 1 small towel for 5 days and 4 people in the summer. I also think that there should be at least 4 mugs, 4 soup plates, etc. Paper towels, salt and pepper, a bit of oil, would also be nice. Balancing the adv and the disadv I would still recommend this place. I would also advise them to put a box where keys could be left in the same building as the apt (the reception building overlooks the apt building).

Great location (~500m from a metro station, plenty of restaurants close by, Lidl provision store was just downstairs), clean apartment. Smooth check in (when we checked in there were a lot of children from some school (?) who were also checking in so it took a bit longer, but in normal situation i think it should have been very fast)

Kitchen is a bit under equipped. Not enough utensils if you plan to make some simple dish for your family. No cleaning towel in kitchen also. We requested for an additional pot for making rice/curry. Although initially we were promised to be given one, but it never happened. The hotel staff just stopped responding to the message ! The dishwasher was listed in the facilities on Booking.com but it was not there. Not sure if it is only our apartment that lacked it or it is just faulty information on the website. I think these things are simple to fix. Hope it is fixed quickly.

The apartment is big, up to 4 persons can fit comfortably. Apartment has a big and clean bathroom, a well equipped kitchen, a big Livingroom with a sofa which can be used as a double bed and a comfortable bedroom. Apartment is situated in a nice commercial area were you can find lots of supermarkets, restaurants, coffee shops and a mall. During the weekend (starting Friday 22:00 until Monday 08:00) the public parking is free. In the area, there are some private parking lots which offer long period parking, but on the street you are can park max 3h with 600HUF per hour. Also the hotel is offering a parking option, but is a little pricey.

On the booking is mentioned only one 100 Euro damage deposit per booking, but in reality is requesting per booked apartment, Parking can be a problem during week days, on the street you are can park max 3h with 600HUF per hour. Location is large, clean, comfortable, with all facilities, close to metro station(5-7min walking) and also from center of Budapest(3-4 metro stations). There are restaurants near it and even a Mall. All rooms of the apartment are large (bathroom too), nicely furnished and decorated. We didnt used the kitchen but i want to mention that you have all that you need there.The bed was so,so comfortable and rooms were well heated (the weather was not so good). The apartment have also a nice large terrace. The staff was so nice, we received all informations clearly and the check in was easy and fast. We also found a map in the room where were written some informations for tourists. We felt great here and we will surely come back, there is more to see in Budapest.

Just our bad luck about the weather... however after every cold and rainy day, was so good coming in the evening, in this nice, warm apartment.
